i have noticed that every time you start the game your FPS will be kind of garbage until you open the graphic settings and click save. do it every time you start the game. do not just start the game and get into a raid, you'll notice a pretty significant drop in performance. also, personally, fullscreen is bad for me. i run in windowed borderless. i do not get any decrease in frames, but using fullscreen either gives me terrible tearing or forces me to use vsync (introduces big input lag). windowed borderless allows me to run the game without tearing without vsync on.
Turn UP your graphics. don't go for low. put your shadows on ultra, keep your textures high. put tAA on, you can leave it at 1x sampling and everything else off. This game is cpu heavy and when you put things to low you are taking the work off your gpu and putting more onto your cpu, which you do NOt want to do. You have a workhorse gpu, let it do the work. If your cpu supports hyper threading then make sure "use physical cores only" is checked off on the game settings along with auto clean ram if you have a low amout of ram in your pc. If you want you can put other things on or higher as you see fit.

not really in the current state of the game because long lines of sights are really rare, you might have some issues with 400meters when on top of dome for instance, but 1km is plenty for every map. low LOD actually gives you an advantage since objects in the far distance will vanish, but not the players behind them, in some cases allowing for a whole chunk of forest to just not render and you can see the player clear as day running through it, its especially true for bushes, great cover agaisnt a guy with maxed out graphics, completely useless agaisnt someone on lowest settings who is 200meters out, he sees you like theres no bushes.
Just a Tip: TAA High (NOT TAA!) looks alot nicer than FXAA and, atleast for me, only decreases FPS by ~5-10 frames depending on the situation. Try it and see if it works for you.
