Only got one side to torque to spec because of the space constraint. But I believe it's pretty low torque so regular ratchet with the correct allen key socket to tightened tight enough is good
@@n55morris14 Goat. I followed your tutorial and am extremely happy with the outcome. I couldn’t torque my harmonic balancer to spec , it’s pretty tight on and solid though. think it’ll result in anything catastrophic ? 🥲
@@nh3388 I had a regular Amazon torque wrench and got the harmonic balancer to torque. However, as long as it's tight as you can get it, you should be okay.

BMW torque specs for the pulley bolts are at 35nm (26ft lbs). of torque, doing star pattern tightening one by one!
By chance, how did you tighten the M8 Bolts to spec ? Idk if I’m dumb but I can’t find anything that will fit inside of it

I doubt it works. I just shredded a belt with a guard.
And did it go inside the engine ?
