I love prepping breakfast! I’ll make waffles, pancakes, or French toast on the weekend and pop those into the freezer. Then on mornings when I don’t have time to make a full hot breakfast I can make some eggs really quick and heat up the pancakes, French toast, or waffles up to have a easy warm and tasty breakfast.

Hi Julia! I cook breakfast nearly everyday. It’s just a meal we really enjoy. So these will certainly be useful on the days we want something home cooked but don’t feel like cooking. And seeing the baby sure was a treat!!

I made the breakfast omelet this morning (meal prepping for the week). I used frozen peppers and onion mix (fajita mix, basically) because it was easier and faster than chopping veggies and today I needed a little bit easier and faster. I left out the spinach because I used full bag of frozen veg. It turned out so good and I'm actually looking forward to breakfasts this week.

Love those ideas. I'll be trying them for sure! Especially the sheet pan eggs. I scramble eggs for my daughter most mornings and I drag it out so bad because I'm in slow motion. It's too many steps first thing in the morning. Lol
I believe I meal prepped scrambled eggs one time to make it easier for myself but if I remember correctly she decided she didn't want eggs that week. Go figure 🤦

The french toast cups are something I've never seen or heard of before, and I thought by now I wouldn't hear of any new ideas! They look tasty, so I'll give them a try with some bread that I have had in the freezer for a while. Thank you Julia!

Great breakfast ideas. I used to prep my meals for the week on Sunday. Then after work and school the meals were already prepared. It is good to plan ahead.

I meal prep breakfast too. I make breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, homemade waffles, and French toast casserole. I will wrap them individually and freeze them. Then my kids can heat them up in the morning and I don't have to make a bunch of food before my coffee kicks in. I have a big family so it can be a lot of work to make all that food in a day but it pays off. I like your burrito bowl idea. I'm going to run that by my family. Oh, and a tip for reheating breakfast sandwiches and burritos, wrap them in a moist paper towel before microwaving. It will help keep the bread and tortillas from getting hard. Have a nice day!

We live in an old Victorian house with no air conditioning by August I'm just out of ideas for meals that are quick to reheat or eat cold. These are perfect! One day of cooking them, so I'd only have the oven on once and breakfast for days. Thank you! 💛🥐🍳🍪
