When squeezing lemons in that kind of squeezer, take a little bit off the end of the lemon - it makes squeezing so much easier and you get way more juice. ❤️
I have found if the lemon is hard to squeeze, which i looked like it was tough you can roll it before cutting and even give it a little microwave to help get the juice out. Love all the recipes and thank you!!

I just want to thank you so much for the Naan bread pizza recipe! I take care of my 2 grandbabies ages 5 and 2. We have been making pizza bagels using whole plain bagels, the Naan bread took it up a knotch! I am always trying to find recipes for them where they can make their own lunch and this is so easy for them to do! I love all of your recipes!

You never fail to give me some inspiration of how many new things I want to try or combinations. While not every meal is unheard of,, they still give me jumping off points. With the Mediterranean quesadilla for instance (haven't yet experimented much with that cuisine), I was sitting there thinking, I think I'd add some olives maybe... Etc. You always make everything look so easy and yet I know or am sure anyhow that a lot more work goes into producing these shows for us. I use naan for a variety of pizzas and have used fresh mozz but would just like to tell viewers a really easy and GOOD mozz you may have on hand if you don't keep it otherwise is string cheese. It is also low moisture mozz and many keep it for snacking. It keeps nicely as well.

I made the Mediterranean quesadillas and lemon pasta, both were fabulous. I substituted the spinach in both recipes with kale. I have an abundance in my garden. I also added Kalamata olives to the quesadillas and grilled chicken to the pasta. Love your recipes. Keep cooking.

I have found if the lemon is hard to squeeze, which i looked like it was tough you can roll it before cutting and even give it a little microwave to help get the juice out. Love all the recipes and thank you!!

I just want to thank you so much for the Naan bread pizza recipe! I take care of my 2 grandbabies ages 5 and 2. We have been making pizza bagels using whole plain bagels, the Naan bread took it up a knotch! I am always trying to find recipes for them where they can make their own lunch and this is so easy for them to do! I love all of your recipes!

You never fail to give me some inspiration of how many new things I want to try or combinations. While not every meal is unheard of,, they still give me jumping off points. With the Mediterranean quesadilla for instance (haven't yet experimented much with that cuisine), I was sitting there thinking, I think I'd add some olives maybe... Etc.
You always make everything look so easy and yet I know or am sure anyhow that a lot more work goes into producing these shows for us.
I use naan for a variety of pizzas and have used fresh mozz but would just like to tell viewers a really easy and GOOD mozz you may have on hand if you don't keep it otherwise is string cheese. It is also low moisture mozz and many keep it for snacking. It keeps nicely as well.

I made the Mediterranean quesadillas and lemon pasta, both were fabulous. I substituted the spinach in both recipes with kale. I have an abundance in my garden. I also added Kalamata olives to the quesadillas and grilled chicken to the pasta. Love your recipes. Keep cooking.
