Julia I have to say you made my day, I have always added the enchilada sauce to my flour enchiladas before cooking and they are always spongy and soggy! I use those Knorr rice sides all of the time but I never thought that you could mix them together with other ingredients. That was awesome. My favorite was the cheese and broccoli one. Meal prepping time again! I typically spend an afternoon in the kitchen on a Sunday, but using these Knorr packets sped things up so much! I made the Italian sausage and rice, and used hot sausage because I like the heat. I cannot wait to eat this meal! I also made the loaded burrito bowl but made it meatless by adding pinto and kidney beans to the black beans. (I also added sliced olives because I love them.) A little sour cream, fresh tomatoes and homemade guac... It's gonna be so good! Thank you again for rescuing me when I woke up this morning and had no idea what to make, or even what sounded remotely appealing for the week. You're a lifesaver!

As usual, your Sunday video influences my trip to the store a little later this morning as well as what I make for dinner tonight. I am going to make the enchiladas.😋 I am planning on a number of the other recipes throughout the week too. I know I keep saying it but I can't even tell you how helpful you have been to me. We were eating so much takeout because I just have so limited time. Since finding your channel we rarely get takeout and the food is so yummy 😋 BTW, we also love the chopped salads and the dill pickle is one of our favorites. If you haven't tried the steakhouse one, definitely give it a try. It's so good!!!

I made the Greek Chicken and Rice last night and OF COURSE it was a hit, just like all of your recipes! One thing I added (since I already had it) - I marinated my chicken in Greek Salad Dressing for about 30 minutes beforehand, just because that worked with my schedule. I think it added a little extra flavor. Love your videos so much -- I'm always recommending your channel to my friends!

Random: tho I loved this video as your others, I wanted to let you know how happy I am with your response and advice a couple months ago when I asked about Dutch ovens- what to buy. You suggested to go simple vs high end. Thank You Julia! I Finally invested in an enameled, cast iron, Real Dutch oven (vs the fake ones that come in pots/pans sets) and could not be happier! I got the Crock-Pot Artisan 5 qt on sale- and it's a game-changer for sure! It's very heavy, but cooks so evenly and beautifully! Easy to clean. I had been missing out on this wonderful kitchen item for many years. Excellent investment that wasn't all that much. I truly Thank you for suggesting I start small vs spending an exorbitant amount on the high end brand. This pot is amazing!

Definitely going to try the Greek chicken recipe as I have never had anything like that, but l love Greek salads so I bet it is delicious! I am a beginner cook and a visual learner so often when reading recipes I would get overwhelmed and mess up or just do things out of order (once I added uncooked pasta when it was supposed to be cooked -yikes). I love these recipes! My family of 5 tend to use the knorr pasta/rice sides but I never know what to do with them so I always cook them on the side of grilled chicken or pork chops. I love the idea of using them like this and all of these seem super easy! Will definitely be trying these!

Meal prepping time again! I typically spend an afternoon in the kitchen on a Sunday, but using these Knorr packets sped things up so much! I made the Italian sausage and rice, and used hot sausage because I like the heat. I cannot wait to eat this meal! I also made the loaded burrito bowl but made it meatless by adding pinto and kidney beans to the black beans. (I also added sliced olives because I love them.) A little sour cream, fresh tomatoes and homemade guac... It's gonna be so good! Thank you again for rescuing me when I woke up this morning and had no idea what to make, or even what sounded remotely appealing for the week. You're a lifesaver!

As usual, your Sunday video influences my trip to the store a little later this morning as well as what I make for dinner tonight. I am going to make the enchiladas.😋 I am planning on a number of the other recipes throughout the week too. I know I keep saying it but I can't even tell you how helpful you have been to me. We were eating so much takeout because I just have so limited time. Since finding your channel we rarely get takeout and the food is so yummy 😋 BTW, we also love the chopped salads and the dill pickle is one of our favorites. If you haven't tried the steakhouse one, definitely give it a try. It's so good!!!

I made the Greek Chicken and Rice last night and OF COURSE it was a hit, just like all of your recipes! One thing I added (since I already had it) - I marinated my chicken in Greek Salad Dressing for about 30 minutes beforehand, just because that worked with my schedule. I think it added a little extra flavor.

Random: tho I loved this video as your others, I wanted to let you know how happy I am with your response and advice a couple months ago when I asked about Dutch ovens- what to buy. You suggested to go simple vs high end. Thank You Julia!
I Finally invested in an enameled, cast iron, Real Dutch oven (vs the fake ones that come in pots/pans sets) and could not be happier! I got the Crock-Pot Artisan 5 qt on sale- and it's a game-changer for sure! It's very heavy, but cooks so evenly and beautifully! Easy to clean. I had been missing out on this wonderful kitchen item for many years. Excellent investment that wasn't all that much. I truly Thank you for suggesting I start small vs spending an exorbitant amount on the high end brand. This pot is amazing!

Definitely going to try the Greek chicken recipe as I have never had anything like that, but l love Greek salads so I bet it is delicious! And thank you for the easy, simple way in which you show us the recipe process. I am a beginner cook and a visual learner so often when reading recipes I would get overwhelmed and mess up or just do things out of order (once I added uncooked pasta when it was supposed to be cooked -yikes). Anyway, you have helped me so much!!

I love these recipes! My family of 5 tend to use the knorr pasta/rice sides but I never know what to do with them so I always cook them on the side of grilled chicken or pork chops. I love the idea of using them like this and all of these seem super easy! Will definitely be trying these!
