    just cuirous, how long does the warmup take on average

      Around 15 minutes. It’s quite lengthy but we believe it gets primed for any workout

    I like the warmup, not the biggest fan or the actual workout everything was too static and not elastic at all which based off the vertical jump numbers I would really be focused of elastic ability ,y'all clearly already have the leg strength . I would do more quick reactive bounds ,depth jumps, toe hops focusing on speed first and than slight absorbing and than slowly progressing more power each jump but that's just me. Good stuff though 💪 would be fun to train with y'all.

      Thanks for the feedback. This was week 3 of a 15 week program so we were just getting into it. We started getting into more of those movements later into the program
