Magic Mountain looks to be getting the next RMC raptor. Plans came out that they are getting a Jersey Devil clone using the green lantern station. I dont know if anything has changed, but thats what I understand.
Imitation is the highest form of flattery!
Intamin is the highest form of flattery
Honestly, I know these are similar to other coaster types, but expecting there to only be one single rail coaster manufacture is ridiculous, that's like saying that there should only be one wooden manufacturer. The other concept is just a great looking compact launch coaster. Rmc and premier shouldn't own those two spaces. The competition will force both companies to make bigger and better concepts to stand out.
Intamin: _names a new coaster model "Infinity"_
Gerstlaur: "Excuse me..."
Looks like intamin May have run out of ideas. So they called up there buddies RMC, Premier, and Mack for a little help
Actually, the compact multi launch feels more similar to the skyline eclipse or the s&s wing rider, neither of which have been built.
Premier, RMC, and Mack: *exists*
Intamin: Write that down! Write that down!!!
It’s like Intamin is having a midlife crisis.

Came to make this comment.
Friend???
These would be perfect at Michigan adventure
Fr
ZCS Dave same lol
Literally anything would be great for MA.
Please give us something Cedar Fair
Perfect where never heard of that place😉
Don’t worry about GCI, their hybrid track is for inversions on some of their woodies
SeaWorld Orlando would be perfect for one of these. They have limited space and these all have a small footprint. Also, Holiday World desperately needs another steel coaster of any sort.
The worlds first upside down launch one may be a good replacement for wicked twistet
Coaster Genius nah wicked twister slaps
Wicked Twister is still good, however it is kind of outdated now.
Darthvader1997 it’s literally the 6th newest coaster at the park... at 18 years old... there are 11 other CP coasters that are more “outdated”
What about a twisted launch? (Combine a launch with a zero-g-roll).
Darthvader1997 I don’t really agree it’s outdated but compared to this new model, wicked twister lacks against this new coaster
I’m happy to see innovation come back to the industry. Now is the time for me to pitch my idea for a Lim launch giga log flume
Great idea would love to see it.
Imagine if both of these went to Knott’s
Who’s ready for the impending downtime haha. But these actually look pretty cool.
well they all would lol speically the giant flume
I could see the Autodrome coming to Epic Universe. The concept art shows a dueling coaster, and Universal and Intamin are working well together
They should’ve replaced Dragon Challenge with something like that
My thoughts exactly.
I think the “raptor” should go to cedar point and the upsidedown launch should go to like Hershey, Dorney or maybe even one of the smaller six flags parks
An Infinity or Autodrome is absolutely perfect for a park like SFNE. It checks off two things the park is missing: a launch and a dueling coaster. Plus a lot of people want a single-rail here so it will satisfy everyone! I just hope it fits into Six Flags budget and Six Flags gives Intamin another chance.
This looks like a Golden Horse video...
I couldn't imagine being the person being paid millions to come up with concepts and deliver models that have already been done with slight differences.
Intamin should hire me I have this crazy idea of a coaster where you sit in pairs of 2 off the side of the track almost like you're on a 'wing' of the coaster.
@@jasonbaylor9865 that’s already been thought of bud their called wing coasters and an example of a wing coaster is swarm at Thorpe park
@@welovemoistybutter7570 r/whoooosh
@@welovemoistybutter7570 blatant sarcasm not detected
@@jasonbaylor9865 it's not even funny bc intamin already made those
I'd love to see the single rail track being used in a highly themed park like Disney or Universal. It just looks so darn good and "light" if that makes sense. It looks like a ribbon! Lol.
A dueling single rail sounds like something cedar point wold have ps I’m not from cedar point
The vertical LSM would fit nice at most of the Six Flags parks that don’t have something similar. But I think would be especially nice at SFMM.
Yeah they talked about these at IAPPA, nice to finally see some concepts in video!
I was very curious about how everything would look when I saw that picture from IAPPA. And now, here we are, not even a year later!
Parks Bros yeah it’s crazy! Can’t wait to see one of these pop up, I bet this pushes RMC to want to start making the T-Rex a little quicker.
Kings Dominion really needs something like one of these.
Because my home park is Michigan's Adventure, I could see the launch coaster with the upside down launch going there. It's compact and doesn't take up much space, and it could give us a launch coaster which we don't have here.
Love this time of year, two years ago around this time I discovered your channel. It’s hard to imagine but 2 years ago we were speculating what WCR would be. Remember all the T-Rex and Steeplechase predictions? Lol I’m hoping we still get Coaster announcements over the next few weeks, because they bring so much hope and imagination to this hobby. We all know we could use that right now.
It’s funny hearing this news when the guy speaking sounds like he just woke up at 4pm and making an announcement lol.
When you let your friend copy your homework but you tell them to change it a little so the teacher doesn't know, but they copy it word for word
(sees video title)
Yeah, Intamin is most definitely taking inspiration from RMC. First it was the elements, now it’s the Raptor
Intanin and rmc are always trying to one up eachother lol
Except one has constant issues with their coasters 😂
@@douglassstevens9759 that's intamin and one company's l coaster model is failing to be sold
Jayden Crist One companies l coaster?
@@douglassstevens9759 I was talking about rmc the Raptors aren't selling good as they hope I hope taht chqnges in the future
Jayden Crist Doesn’t seem like parks arent doing much in general other then standard RMC change though. Will be some time with the economy stuff now.
Btw non of these r copies they r just inspired by other models (just saying that before anyone says that they knocked others off) btw great video drew!
I’d still rather have something completely original
some of these are just ridicoulous. There like homework being copied near word-for-word. I can give a pass to the single rail as one can know that was going to spread around sooner than later but the freakin mack power splash clone with like no noticeable difference is just a joke. Overseas buyers are also there target for single rail because they could produce faster while RMC in the USA dominates and will be cheaper and more reliable. Only a bigger but still compact launch coaster is the most original thing here which isn't saying much at all.
OneAndOnlySound preach
Wow imagine west coast was build by Intamin
I'll take premier rides over intamin
The Torpedo dive looks sick
I love the look of a single rail. it just looks so clean!
America better work with intamin more
SeaWorld and Universal are opening the gate a little again, so we’ll see!
Parks Bros wait I just realized it could be that epic universe dueling launch coaster, OMG ITS COMING TO AMERICA
Great video. Thanks for posting this. Have a nice day.
cedar point would love some rides like these! theyre compact and cedar point has so little space
Lots of cool stuff, I’d have to say I’m most excited for the worlds first “double 360 vs S-hump! Crazy! Like, WOW, what is THAT? I mean really though, what is that...
Upside down launches and the flat tracks ,most intriguing !
According to IAAPA website, the IAAPA Expo Asia 2020 is postponed to 2021...
Valley Fair would benefit from these new coasters!
This is super exciting!
Sixflags over ga would be perfect since our boat ride been dead for 3 years now
I think so too!
SFOG never gets anything good... Goliath at 200 ft when there were already 300+ ft coasters?
@@jessaphillips2846 you tripping you a gp so you dont know nothing Goliath is top 3 hyper twisted cyclone is a amazing ride got new flat rides two. We doing good all we need is a launch coaster stop acting like we some big cedar point park over ga got one of the best coaster line up in the USA
Jessa Phillips because we have a limit on how many ft a coaster can be due to the airport! get your facts straight before replying to someone that’s there home park!
@@Codeman1115 facts talking like Sixflags over ga dont get any good rides what we had the first flying coaster in the us dont be sleeping on over ga better watch what the coaster community say about it
I love how when the rumor of the hot racer first appeared, people said intamin ripped off rmc, yet the hot racer is the most original of these concepts.
The raptor style would be ideal running horizontally through the cedar point peninsula reaching from frontier town to the gemini midway and along the old boat canal. The dueling version could actually start at two different gates. One at the old boat launch and the other where the old log ride used to be in frontier town
I can see the new LSM Vertical Coaster at SFMM where Flashback once stood. How fitting would that be?!
That Giga Splash looks wild
Michigan’s Adventures needs this type of ride from Intamin plus a giga coaster.😷👍
Thanks for the great video! Regarding the "new" single-rail coasters, I believe RMC may introduce the new T-Rex model sooner because of the Hot Racer but I'm no expert and have never done any speculation. As you say, RMC is getting slapped in the face by other companies' models, the future certainly looks very interesting.
Maybe this is the intamin one of a kind coaster rumored for Knotts
nope CF doesnt work with intamin anymore
Nicky D It was the rumor so maybe they will again since they had to work with them for calico river rapids last year
u need more followers! good video!
Hershey park needs one of them soon
Intamin is back and better than ever
Wow😎👍
The first one is basically a skyrocket 2 and the second one is a mix between westcoast racers and a raptor
I wonder how rmc feels about this 😂
The intamin track has a rounded spin while the RMC track has a box-shaped one, just wanted to point that out
OOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
If Autodrone is the baby of Westcoast Racers, that would make the grandparents Twisted Colossus and Full Throttle?
The skyrocket looking ride looks more like the skywarp eclipse from iaapa Orlando 2019 check it out
This is such a tease. I don’t think parks are going to be investing in new ideas anytime soon
These are perfect for the smaller parks.
Any chance of Alton Towers picking up on of those launch dueling coasters? They look quite low to the ground and they've worked with Intamin a couple times. Probably fit on the carpark by Air. Alton Towers also love a world's first as well.
Perfect for SFNE. There's not a ton of space so they could add 1 of these.
ok seriously we just haveeeee to see one of them at SFOT that will be the literal best
These monorail coasters are the future.
That duel racer is what West Coast Racers should’ve been. Hmph.
Isn't the RMC Raptor confirmed for Kentucky Kingdom 2021? They tweeted it themselves a while back.
Wait
Did i actually see a dream about the racing ride thingy (hot racing i think)
I want to see a revival in the side friction coaster. I think they would be a good replacement for the wild mouse. I’m surprised nobody has sued for neck injuries after riding a wild mouse.
intamin's raptor wow
I think the first one could go to Knott's in their predicted expansion
I wouldn't mind seeing the vertical coaster replacing Goliath at Six Flags New England.... it's been standing but not operating for years and as much as I like it I just want them to get rid of it at this point. The vertical coaster might have a small enough footprint to take over that space.
Im my opinion, the hot racer looks like it doesn’t take advantage of its single rail desingn. It could be much more snappy
The tubular spine on the single rail coaster seems a bit odd to me, probably just because I'm used to seeing RMC's boxyness. Also though it looks like your feet will be on top of the track instead of straddling the track like on Raptors which seems to take away from the concept a bit. It should be good fun no doubt just not the same exactly.
It’ll be really interesting to compare the models when one ends up opening. Good eye on seeing that they aren’t straddling the track. That’ll definitely make a huge difference in ride experience.
They already have this stuff on their website btw
I'd say Silverwood would be a good candidate for something like this (small park with plenty of open space) but they're literally about 10 miles away from RMC's headquarters, so I'm guessing if they do get a new coaster it would be an RMC.
Wild Waves in the Seattle area might also be a good candidate for a small one like that vertical LSM, but at this point I'm pretty sure they'll be lucky to survive COVID.
The difference between the rmc single rail and the intamin single rail, on the intamin spine is round and the spine on rmc is flat and of course the dueling aspect
These would be good at Cedar Point
Intamin gettin back into the game
It's only a matter of time before other manufacturers such as B&M or Vekoma start making their own versions of these rides. How funny would it be if GCI or Gravity Group started designing single rail wood coasters?😄😄
I am a huge Wicked Twister fan but put this would be a nicer replacement.
Both models can fit at SFSL.
Giga Splash is that what it sounds like....
Sadly no. It’s only around 130 feet tall.
Please put these in America 😍
I think that the first Hot Racer in the US will go to Universal's Epic Universe.
So intamin has become the new golden horse
I think the looping model could replace many Wicked Twister style Intamins. I think it would be a more thrilling ride than those models.
When you can't create your own ideas, so you just copy other companies.
Odd that they used the old IAAPA logo instead of thr modern one that has been in use for a few years now...
Time to unleash the T-Rex I think - RMC can push the bar up!!!
I dont like saying its a raptor copy because the elements and transitions aren't raptor like at all, they're like West Coast Racers alot more.
What if there was a launch in a inversion
The only problem seems to be based on my scene with a University track for bro closer there too compact they don't have it over a Greater square footage area
It seems like everything is calm smashed together and they've able to create this right experience with this tall cars snake looking thing and to me I would want to see it try it in modeled after a traditional rollercoaster in some form or fashion I think they could do it but they don't want to
Imagine GCI making a WOODEN SINGLE RAIL. 😮
What West Coast Racers wishes it was
It’s interesting. I’d think there were patents or copyrights they’d have to skirt around to do these, but guess not??
These are different enough. But their new ultra splash could get them a lawsuit from mack.
@@blacklisted351 What are the real differences on their single rail from RMC's in particular?
is it possible that RMC is somehow working with Intamin? much like RMC works with S&S on the track for the free spin coasters. Also who built West Coast Racers?
Patiently waiting for part 2 lol
It'll be out tomorrow!
Parks Bros let’s go
Caught between thinking this is cool, but also that it's nothing more but a copy of what exists already. RMC will always be top of the line.
