I've never been more jealous of new roof and window moldings
Cheers!!
Awesome, beautiful EG re-paint. I been driving a 1992 EG bought new in 1993. It has been my every day car till now. Greetings from sunny Jamaica.
Very cool! Always appreciate the love from Jamaica!!
This car takes me back to my teenage years in the 90s. Love it. Great job guys!
Thanks for watching as always
I really appreciate just about any vintage car that has been well maintained and preserved in its original configuration. This was true when I younger, just as it is today. But some examples tug at my heartstrings more than others. Seeing this Civic Si hatchback after you've finished with it brings on similar feelings, even though I never owned one myself. Most of my Honda's through the years have been of the 2-wheeled variety, though my first new car was a 1987 CRX Si (in Rio red). I tip my cap to the owner for their dedication to this car and to all of you who worked on it. Great result!

Thanks !
Yes one of the best in the business
Ah man. Brings back a lot of memories watching Mike put all the parts back in. I still remember changing all of the same parts back in 2008; since I purchased my 94 Civic Si hatchback brand new from Los Gatos, Cal. Honda dealership. The car looks MINT ya guys !! EXCELLENT video as always.
Thanks for the continued support
Man I loved watching these videos. This body style hatch will always have a spot in my heart. Hearing those side body moulding clips snap in was so satisfying lol
Glad you like them!
Great Video! Glad honda still makes those trim pieces/mouldings for a 20+ year old civic.
Thank you. I believe they will soon be all gone
Can’t thank you guys enough for doing the EG!!! Best Honda channel around hands down!!!
Much much appreciated it
I used to Own one exactly like this with a type r motor for 8 years until they stole it , I wish I could get my hands on one now . Great finish !!
Good thing Honda sells new parts so I can buy it for my car when it gets painted.
If I didn't see your video I wouldn't know.
Good job 😃🙏
Right on!
One on the best CIVIC SI I never see you are the best restauretion job 💪💪🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷 congratulation for PR
Wow, thanks!
My 1st car in 2004 when i was a senior in H.S. was a 1993 red civic hatchback just like this one! My dad bought it brand new off the lot in 1994 and he little by little sooped it up for me.. Lowered, Enkei rims, cold air intake, tint windows, 2 w7 JL audio subwoofers, Pioneer Deck, DC headers! Man i still wish i had that thing i miss it so much!.... Then in 2008 someone Stole It! 😠 and i bought a 97 integra LS which i totalled it. And that was the end of my rice rockets im going to buy another race car in the future.
Thanks for sharing your story with us
Im inlove with this honda hatchback. Its a looker. Hope i could have one of this soon. Good job.
Glad you like it!
Awesome job guys and love your attention to detail, nothing is rushed and it's always done to the highest standard and the colour is very nice 👍 John UK

I wish there were shops like this around 20 years ago. ❤
Thank you!!
I dream of doing this level of restoration to my 1992 Si
My dream car as a teen. I ended up getting one at 19 years old but it was a 92 red dx hatch
The eco-box from back in the day, now becoming classics
Another great episode! Made my rainy day much brighter living vicariously through Mike and Brian bringing that little red hatch back to its original glory. If the owner ever decides to sell, I would be very interested...
Glad our video makes your day a bit brighter. Thanks for always tuning in
Wow nice job !!👍👍👍 beautiful redone in keeping the oem look!!! Remains me of my black 1993 si !! 😁👍👍👍
Much appreciate it. Thanks for watching
Man I'd love if you guys could bring my car back to life like this
I never knew the oem bumper had a plate that ran across the top surface like that. Makes sense as it would bear the tension of the screws rather than the plastic bumper.
It looks great guys. Well done.
Yes, just like the usdm 94-01 Integra, that bar is to brace the upper portion of the bumper
Muy bien Bro saludos desde Honduras🇭🇳🇭🇳 excelente trabajo👍 hermosa jaiba, hatchback, 👌👌
🙌🏼🙌🏼
I love/hate how easy you guys make it look to work on a 25+ year old car!😄

Professional Job. So hard to get those roof moulding, It's discontinued when i try to order from Japan
Thanks for the compliments. Roof moldings are still available in US, that’s pretty shocking
I sure hope there is a part 3. I want more EG!

Yes!!
Awesome work!!!
Much appreciate it
miss my old 92 hatchback, Love it but I cringed when I saw that black trim run along the entire sides of the hatchback. I would have liked to see that they were color matched instead. The antenna too...
IMO a WELL DESERVED AND MUCH NEEDED Simple UPGRADE! Also using a Red Honda Badge on nose of hood would've went with.
Despite those few things, KeepOnKeepingOn with the GREAT work guys 👉🏽
Thanks a lot!!
Hit the like button guys !!

Very nice video and thanks for OEM part codes, but i can't find the chrome door belt molding, can you help?

Owner provided us with the new front lip
@@ahcgarage ohh.. okk

I need to purchase a couple parts to refresh mine as well I have a white 1993 dx and it’s 100% stock 😎 I also need to purchase oem hub caps since mine is on the oem 13 inch steelies with Honda center caps but I do have steelies from a 97 civic sedan I had which I regret selling since it was also stock and manual 🤦🏻♂️
Such Clean work. Man if you guys could touch my 1994 Integra🙌
what a beauty
Cheers!!
crazy how much metalwork is behind the bumpers on the US EG civics....they must weigh 100lbs more than a european or JDM one
How were you guys able to install the windshield molding without removing the windshield itself? I thought it was impossible.
On the 92-95 Civics, they are snapped on. New moldings and clips will make your installation a breeze
Beautiful work I love your videos guys! Quick question where can I buy all the OEM parts for the eg? Thank you.

I need to find a good body shop that can blend for my 95 Civic Coupe in Paradise Blue Green. Any recommendations in Northern California? Where are you located?
Unfortunately we do not
I own a 1995 Si white, since new I bought in LA. I use it every day the last 27 years, and I have put almost 270k! No issues with the engine but it needs to have the exterior and interior refreshed. No accidents, just aging and no modifications. Just the original. How can I get it done?

How he find the door molding been looking for them
Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 excellent attention to details. Where do you order your parts from? I’m working on a 91 civic hatchback and it’s difficult to find parts for it . And if I find them it cost an arm a a leg 😂
superb!
Thank you! Cheers!
I love it look so clean, just i would never spend 5k on a paint job for a car i got for 900 bucks lol
Sensational.
Much appreciate it

So beautyful
Thank you so much
I thought Milano Red used a lighter red with a tinted clearcoat, hence why old faded Milano Red Honda’s were always jokingly called Milano Pink. Or was that only the OEM paint process that was done that way?
Not sure where you heard that from but it’s definitely basecoat and clear, the problem is the red pigment fades very easily from the OEM
Im sorry but I have to ask. Where do you guys got the moldings. I been searching all over the place to get myself some for my 99 crv. I am looking to replace the roof and all the windows. Thanks
Some of the items are still available from your local Honda dealerships
@@ahcgarage not on my area. :(

New sub, outstanding content. Well done.
Thanks very much!!
Ummm not part 3? Inconceivable!
Ha!!
Hi AHC. You fellas know where I can get a new OEM cowl for my 92 hatchback? My local Honda/Acura says it discontinued and eBay seems to only have used ones. I have replaced all my weather stripping and panel pieces minus the cowl. Be nice to have this 100%!!!
Unfortunately the cowl has been discontinued for a few years. If your current cowl is still in good overall condition, you can always refinish them with SEM paint. Check out this vehicle and materials are all listed in the description:
ruclips.net/video/VEfNZ33KDlI/видео.html
I knew you guys were awesome!
Hi AHC,
Since the last time we spoke I was able to purchase everything on your EH shopping list. I even had a new windshield put in, new door handles, mirrors, and had my wiper arms powder coated. My only part id like to change out I can’t find is the hatch window seal that attaches around the outside. Would you happen to know that part number? Next on my list is TEINS Flex Z or BC suspension with Hardrace ITR RLCA and bushings. Which do you guy like more? FYI… you guys are the only channel I subscribed to. You got me juiced after 20 years of not being in the fold. I’m back!
Is this an original driving wheel? It looks like an Accord one.
Ay Love hondaaa

It’s a SnapOn ratchet screwdriver
We had it since the early 00s

What’s the difference between EH and EG?
That’s the chassis code. Usdm codes are EH and EJ while JDM codes are EG
Looks like an aftermarket spoiler??
That's Oem
Hope that's not a Lexus SUV in the docking bay at 2:05 haha
We fix them all!
Great catch!!
