not much of a brain exercise as just teaching it new muscle memory. Just practice on each hand back and forth until you get it and then do both. then you can do it again later without practice

Third is wrong I guess so one hand should start from thumb and index, and other hand should start from thumb and pinky
Funny enough how I've been doing the 3rd one unconsciously all my life without even knowing it was a brain exercise 😂.

After several failed attempts with Hunt the Rabbit, I finally got it. From slow and difficult to quick and easy. Very interesting brain exercise.

The "thumb touch" is an exercise my Rheumatologist gave me for my RA! Funny thing, when I had my carpal tunnel release, the surgeon wanted me to try and do this after surgery - been doing it for years!!
And it does help!! Thanks!

2nd and 3rd were taught at school to manage emotions, when we angry, stressed, nervous, etc.. it helps distract your mind and put us in a calm zone

If you can do it easily you either don’t have ADHD or on medication while doing it

Very challenging indeed but when I started doing it very slowly I got the hook of it eventually and started increasing speed. I really love this❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 practice makes perfect. I wish everyone trying the best. I’m 62 years watching this from SA

Okay someone showed me the last one but with a twist. You do it, but oppositely. One hand is starting thumb-pinky, and the other is starting thumb-index. It was quite challenging but I mastered it already and need a more challenging one lol
