  • You can help improve brain health by learning new physical skills. Brain training is real, the mind is malleable so work it out some!
    In this video you will learn 5 brain training exercises that you can practice to help you with focus, attention, attention switching and the connection between the brain hemispheres.
    They are either dual task, or crossing the midline of the body style exercises.

    Well I thought patting my head and rubbing my stomach was difficult the finger exercise is a major work in progress so the feet and fingers working together well lets say it will be a big work in progress. Will send this video to my friends to see how they do and may loose a few friends out of frustration. Now back to practicing 🤪

    Does this motion based brain exercise impact cognitive function- beyond balance and movement? I suspect that it does, but I don’t know.
