@@HMDriven I was very surprised to see one at Manheim tbh. There isn’t even a KBB or MMR data to value it yet. I guess that’s why people were a little shy to bid on it, plus it ran very late when all good buyers were gone. I couldn’t believe the auctioneer went all the way down to $80K but nobody raised a hand. Btw, you won’t believe what I picked up two days ago, a W124 300E 2.8 in mint condition from a 90 year old guy who surrendered his drivers license. Brilliant Silver with gray interior, back seats have not been farted on 🤣🤣🤣
It’s not the same engine in the M5 and M8 - those are S63 4.4L TT V8’s, the XM uses the all new S68 4.4L TT V8 plug in hybrid engine, which will be on the future 2025 M5, not the current M5 or M8. And the XM does not have the iDrive 8.5 - it’s just iDrive 8 and not upgradable, 8.5 in the XM wont come out until the September builds hit the streets.
There was one with 200 miles for sale at the auction two weeks ago. It didn’t sell.
I have only seen one and that was at the Austria GP last weekend… that was in the big money parking lot… I’m not all that impressed by them moose.
