  • DAY EIGHT OF #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME (I had difficulties with my microphone during this session, so I apologise if the sound isn’t as perfect as it should be)
    Today is day eight of #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME and its going to be a 47 minute yin yoga session designed to help you find a peaceful night of sleep, so I suggest you do this one in the evening. I decided to mix it up today and offer something a little bit slower and different. Yin yoga can be really difficult for some of us, not necessarily because of the physical poses but because of the mental ability to keep your stillness and not let the ego or mind take over. Yin yoga is often a mental battle, so I challenge you to find your stillness and peace in this practice and then carry this into your bed as you ease into a peaceful night of sleep :)
    #BLESSEDTOBEATHOME - I created this series for yogis of all levels whether you are beginners yoga or more advanced - if you have just completed the 10-day #blessedbeginners series, then this one is the perfect progression to move onto. I took all your feedback from the previous challenge on board, as well as all of your requests that you sent in and put it into #blessedtobeathome. I know for a lot of us our time on our mat can be the most important and peaceful time of the day. Especially in these circumstances I thought it was really important to be able to bring you yoga to your home, wherever you are all over the world. As well as this I wanted to try and bring a reminder that we can all make use of this time to actually reconnect with ourselves and give back to our mind and body’s. And what better way to do that than to immerse yourself into a full 10 days of a fun, relaxing, transformative yoga.

    Yin is more difficult than i thought. Did this practice right before i sleep,hoping to sleep like a baby💕🙏🏻🌸
