I am also a HSE yoga service provider -- I LOVE this teacher. She is authentic, gentle, simple and full of "sukkha" -- I share this video with my own students. It's safe, and in keeping with the classical tradition (as opposed to the commercial versions) of yoga. -- Sorcha Hyland, Eternal Beginners Yoga (Bhakti Tradition)
Hi, I really hope you enjoy this class, and the others in the series. If you have any questions for me please put them here in the comments and I am happy to answer you. Warmly Ciara
I know I'm late to finding this but what a resource you have provided. I absolutely adore this. I'm new to my journey of fitness and wellness trying to combat many physical chronic pain conditions as well as my struggles with depression and anxiety. This is definitely going in my toolkit and I'm incorporating it into my weekly exercise programme. Thank you so much. I've also just subscribed to your page as well so look forward to developing this with you. 🧘🤗
Hi ciara that was really well explained thanks.can I ask how quickly you move through session is it one per week and should it be eg. session 1 for a few days 1st week, session 2 for a few days week 2 and so on? Thanks
Hi Karen, you can do one per week, once a week, or you can do session one a few times and then progress.. You can decide and create a program that will suit you and your lifestyle, and time commitments. I love doing yoga more than once a week... so allow the practice to grow and develop... Wonderful that you enjoyed it, and thank you for asking your question! be well, warmly Ciara
What a brilliant trustworthy resource. Didn't even know this existed. Was purely accidental that I came across this. Well done HSE!

Is there any benefit to be gained by doing these movements on my bed? If I lie on the floor I would have problems trying to get back up.
yes yes yes, awesome, do them on the bed, asapt, and be creative... do what is possable in wellness, and that is wonderful
