    Really enjoyed the first session. Thank you for organizing it. It felt like one to one instruction.

      Delighted to hear you enjoyed it Julie. Hope you manage to keep going with pilates, and fit it somewhere into your day or week. Best of luck, Goretti

    Great resource, thank you. As a beginner, I found this a bit fast and difficult to keep up with as the moves are new to me.

      Hi Laura, it can be hard as a newcomer to pilates to get used to the new terms and breathing. The great advantage of this format is that you can stop and rewind as often as you like. Don’t put pressure on yourself to get everything right first time, it’s a practice which we are always trying to improve. If you need any help just get in touch. Best of luck. Goretti

    Thank you I enjoyed the session very much. One observation - to move the neck while in the bridge posture puts far too much pressure on the neck!! Definitely not advisable!!

    Hate to complain but feels like I'm hyperventilating with the speed of the breathing while exercising. For mee feels like it should be slower and more relaxed but then I'm no expert haha. Nice video, thanks!

    Hi I've been doing the programme for for days now, I've got chronic upper back pain it's getting worse and I've been recommended to do this programme. How often should I be doing it, how fast should I progress, when should I feel any sort of relief. Dr's are not helping at all. I'm going nuts from lack of sleep 😢😢😢

    Also do we need to do this every day or a couple of times a week?

    • @HSEHealthandWellbeing
      @HSEHealthandWellbeing  3 года назад

      Not every day - once or twice a week would be great and progress through the sessions. So perhaps do Session 1 twice during your first week and so on. It would be difficult to do these exercises on a bed I'd say so perhaps the Chair Yoga Exercises we have on the way would suit you better. Why do my leg and foot muscles go into cramp sometimes?

    • @pilatesnowgorettidwyer3544
      @pilatesnowgorettidwyer3544 3 года назад

      This can happen if your dehydrated, try drinking more water throughout the day. For some people it occurs frequently, you can flex your foot instead of pointing during the movements that call for pointed toes. Good luck!
