Dude, you're training with Oli Sykes! Growing up as a skinny dude, it was guys like him and Frank Carter that made me realise I could be happy with this body type. It had a huge effect on my confidence.
@@thomasmarchese2808 I've gained 75 pounds so far, as an adult, at the same body-fat percentage as when I started. Guys like Oli still had a positive effect on my confidence. I had to gain something like 30-40 pounds to get to where he was. I think we can come to appreciate our genetics while also striving to make the most of them.
@@BonytoBeastly I've always been short and lean. I was always that 5'3" Filipino friend who weighed 120-127, but had a bruce lee build. I always hated being short, but I've been thankful because if I wasn't I don't think I would have the same physique. I love the gym goer community that encourages others and influences each other to improve and strive to be better, but also love themselves in the process. Also, If Oli can pull off barely having facial hair and a shaggy bowl cut and love his self image, I can love myself for barely growing facial hair too! 😂
This is the thing i really admire to Oli for the past years, after he recover from drug addiction and depression he did really train his physique and mental health to become better and better everyday. You are right Zack, their success today is the result of their habits of being healthy and taking good care of theirselves, im really proud that i stan a band for almost decade now that reall take good care of theirselves. i love these guys so much.

Just so happy to hear that no alcohol or any OTHER kind of drugs were in the play on their day-by-day life... when we enjoy artists, we just wish they live forever so they can keep expressing their art and we can keep being amazed by it. This is actually super cool to see! I remember back years ago I went to see BMTH play and Ollie was so messed up he couldn't even stand up on stage and they had to cancel their set. So to see him go from that, to being heathy and into fitness like I am, is super cool.

I've been a fan of this bad since my middle school days in 2006 and seeing their evolution and maturity has been really amazing. I just came back from seeing them with Fall Out Boy and they just keep getting better. they still look just as good like they never age.
I had no idea that Zach liked BMTH. I live in Michigan and I saw them live tonight for the first time. They’ve been one of my favorite bands for years now. I am so grateful to have seen them perform live. It’s great to see other people who appreciate great music. We’re just a room full of strangers, looking for music like theirs to save us.

Ummm I’m so glad this came up on my feed I used to watch your Olympic lifting videos all the time!! What crazy timing, I recently stopped using drugs and alcohol and just yesterday I decided to get back into oly lifting. I’ve been trying to focus more on music and lifting took the back seat but seeing how they balance both is such a good sight to see. That’s gonna be me someday
as someone from Texas, it’s a pretty cool gas station. My cousin and I used to mix coffee flavors at the coffee station when we were 10 and 14. Still the only time I’ve ever tried cinnamon flavored coffee unfortunately lol. but yea I’d just recommend coming to Texas(not during the summer tho, way too hot). Top place I’d recommend going to is Garner State Park.

Dude, you're training with Oli Sykes! Growing up as a skinny dude, it was guys like him and Frank Carter that made me realise I could be happy with this body type. It had a huge effect on my confidence.

I always hated being short, but I've been thankful because if I wasn't I don't think I would have the same physique. I love the gym goer community that encourages others and influences each other to improve and strive to be better, but also love themselves in the process.
Also, If Oli can pull off barely having facial hair and a shaggy bowl cut and love his self image, I can love myself for barely growing facial hair too! 😂

This is the thing i really admire to Oli for the past years, after he recover from drug addiction and depression he did really train his physique and mental health to become better and better everyday. I've been a fan of this bad since my middle school days in 2006 and seeing their evolution and maturity has been really amazing. I just came back from seeing them with Fall Out Boy and they just keep getting better. they still look just as good like they never age.

Ummm I’m so glad this came up on my feed I used to watch your Olympic lifting videos all the time!! What crazy timing, I recently stopped using drugs and alcohol and just yesterday I decided to get back into oly lifting. I’ve been trying to focus more on music and lifting took the back seat but seeing how they balance both is such a good sight to see. That’s gonna be me someday

as someone from Texas, it’s a pretty cool gas station. My cousin and I used to mix coffee flavors at the coffee station when we were 10 and 14. Still the only time I’ve ever tried cinnamon flavored coffee unfortunately lol. but yea I’d just recommend coming to Texas(not during the summer tho, way too hot). Top place I’d recommend going to is Garner State Park.
