Just look up a video on how to do a barbell back squat and then perfect the form and then SPAM THE SETS. I'm talking 10 Sets of high intense squatting with full range of motion TO FAILURE. And i promise you your hammys, quads and glutes will grow asf.
10 sets are gonna drain you so much that youll build no muscle at all, even if its so high risk injury. Depending if you wanna build strength or muscle pick between 3-5 or 6-8 reps, 3-4minute rest, and 2-4 sets (not including warm up). Look up Jeff nippard, he's one of the best at explaining gym to beginners and advanced lifters. There's ton of bad info on the web, so stick to the good side girl
Oh and also, isolation exercises are great for lowering overall fatigue and gaining great muscle growth for the specific muscle you want to grow. Squats is a compound movement whis does grow muscle very very well, but also gives you alpt of fatigue. Doing a specific exercise for the glutes is a good idea to grow the glutes specifically without getting too fatigued!
So moral of the story is ....... be Athletic and active like Harold ... he's 8-9 when he started doing back flips and swimming etc stuff..this all activities give him the foundation of his NOW strength as we saw in this vid... being Gym strong is another thing and being fit and athletic is another kind of strength that builts your body.! Big up to Harold 🤌🌱🌟

Harry is a naturally gifted fella. Only thing holding him back is himself. Dude got good genetics and farmer strength lol. You should force him to workout maybe just for 6 months to follow a strict regime. A good body is not only just a good body, it makes you more confident and even improve your mental health.
