I have always been extremely skinny and lean based on my metabolism being extreme to the point where doctors got involved, i've gained around 7kg now and started working out at home around 1 month ago with the 2 dumbells i have, before and after is already showing A LOT OF PROGRESS and it's month 1, i've also doubled in strength 😄 Just wanted to say, your content makes my day better everytime❤ (I have worked out before but i was never consistent and i had to quit fully for MONTHS because of injuries and bad joints

I gotta challenge for ya Reev I think it’s called kalsu or something, it’s 100 thrusters (like leg drive shoulder press) with barbell either 40kg or whatever weight but EMOM you have to do 5 burpees before you can continue doing thrusters the goals to do it under 15 minutes
love this fella! you should get in some a bit more experienced like harry or chris and test their powerlifting lifts, and then come back to it in 6 months or so to test everyone’s progress!
