ok, it worked almost perfectly on a new file, the only problem I have is when changing the cache from replay to all, when I do that, the water doesnt appear 🤔

i did the same steps in three different liquid tutorials now with version 4.2 and there is no liquid flowing at all. what a waste of time.

Apply scale to your domain if it doesnt work!!!!
For me the solution to make it work was to apply the scale to all objects involved in the simulation

The domain cube turns wireframe when I set it to be a domain, but as soon as I turn it to liquid domain it goes back to being solid and doesn't work.
Its going to be inside the cube, if you change to wireframe you’ll see

What did you do at 0:50 that allowed you to click into that flat face and drag up? When i click where you clciked, nothing happens.
He did ctrl+r to make a loop cut, he did subd modeling to make the bowl, look it up
