Triceps :-

Hello Yatinder Singh Ji , your channel is very good. I always watch it. It’s been now 5 months since I started the arm exercise everyday 40 minutes to 1 hour. And I can see the improvement. Is it ok to do so or should I reduced? It is so helpful for the beginners 🙏🙏🙏
