    4 set low incline dumble curl 35 degrees
    pehla warm up set 15 reps
    dusra set weight badhake 6-8 reps
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 10-12 reps
    4 tricep pushdown with v grip
    pehla set warmup set 15 reps
    dusra set weight badhake 6-8 reps
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps
    3 set kneeling barbell curls
    pehla set warmup set 10-12 reps
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-12 reps
    3 set close grip flat bench press
    pehla set warmup set 15 reps
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-12 reps
    3 set steep preacher curl (dumbles)
    pehla set warmup set 10 reps each hand
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 8-10 reps each hand
    3 set dumble kickbacks
    pehla set warmup set 10 reps each hand
    last 2 sets maximum weight until faliure upto 12-15 reps each hand
    3 set barbell reverse curl light weight upto 15-20 reps

    Sir main kafi time se aapko follow karta hu youtube pe.. Aap bahot educational videos banate hain.. I am your bit fan.. Just ek request.. Jab aap ek body part ke Alag Alag exercise forms suggest karte hain to pls unke particular impact areas bhi bataye... Jese for example reverse bicep curls me kya muscles involved hoti hai aur normal bicep curl me kya fark pad jata he.. Basically, har variation of form me kya Alag muscles hum train karte hain.. I hope main apna point rakh paya..

    Our trainer is telling to bend parallel to gnd...u also said same in video during kick back excercise bt he was almost 45 deg inclined...pls confirm right position
