Thanks sir.... I always had a doubt whether I am doing right or not... Now I'm happy to know that I was almost right... By the way I add close grip bench press in between in triceps... Can I do that? If I can then after which set? I generally do after warm up set of triceps.

1 - tricep push down 4 set (1 set 15 rep warmup , 12 rep , 2 set till failure last set drop set
2 - skull crushers 3 set ( 1 set medium weight 12 rep , 2 set till failure )
3 - seated single hand db curl 4 set ( 1 set 12 rep warmup , 2 set moderate weight , 3-4 set till failure
