Reapplying sunscreen every two hours, not just when out but also indoor, is insane. Not only does it cost a lot, but is also very impractical. But this was suggested by number of dermatologists on RUclips. Thank you for informative video. I want to take care of my skin but don't want my life to revolve around it. I don't think that's healthy.

Thank you so much for this video, and for doing all the research you did! This was something I was wondering about (and actually stressing over) since I started working from home. My kitchen gets a lot of sun and I had low level anxiety about going in there mid day when the sun is blasting through the glass door. I finally bought blackout curtains for that room and from the information I got in this video, I think between applying adequate sunscreen in the morning and keeping the curtains closed when I'm in there during the sunniest parts of the day, I should be fine.

Thank you so much for this video. I stay home most of the time due to the pandemic so it's good to know that I don't have to reapply them every 3 hours. I'm a student so in case I go back to school, reapply after 2 or 3 hours somehow annoys me a bit. I have to go to the bathroom where tons of girls gossiping and asking nonstop why I use sunscreen so much. I don't hate using sunscreen but I just don't like how the girls or boys at sometimes keep asking questions.
Also, does sitting next to the window reduce the effect of sunscreen? My classmates always pull the curtain so I am exposed to the sunlight for the whole morning.

In my opinion, ok lng to wash the face more than 2x a day basta using gentle cleanser especially in instances wherein pinag pawisan ka talaga or nadumihan ung face mo.
