I've been doing this workout almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and have finally almost perfected hula hooping on the opposite side. Thank you so much!
Wow first time I've tried this one and I love it!!! Done a couple of your other beginner videos and still struggle on opposite side (my co-ordination with arms and legs are bad lol). I will be doing this on a regular basis...thanks Scarlett
Just love the Workouts. Did it today for 1hr and See heavy results in my abs. I am youre biggest Fan. Bigger than a pencake on christmas. Love the workout... my legs are so tight and muscled now.

Yes for sure! Obviously it needs to be combined with a healthy diet. But hula hooping for 30mins with a weighted hoop can burns approximately 210 calories (According to a study by the American Council on Exercise).
