Hula hooping is a fun and addictive way to workout you body and mind! Wether you’re more into working out or tricks you can find a number of great tutorials for you :)

DANCE WITH YOUR HOOP - Dancing with your feet stuck to the ground can be frustrating, same with hooping! So, we work to move our feet to the beat and dance freely with the hoop
LEARN TRICKS WITH FLOW - We don’t believe in learning tricks in isolation. We teach tricks with transitions and flow and how to time your movement with the music
HOOP IN BOTH DIRECTIONS - We are all right or left handed, same goes for hula hooping. Hoop Plus Fit promotes working on both sides for a strong and stable muscle development
FEEL THE MUSIC- Nothing feels more satisfying than whipping your hula hoop just as the beat drops. Therefore we move together to the music, learning to hear the cues for change

Ugh I have such a hard time keeping my hoop going! I feel like the only thing I’m working is my legs because that’s where I’m generating power for the hoop. If I switch to a hip swivel I just immediately lose power and drop it. Idk what I’m doing wrong. My hoop was pretty cheap, would the one you’re wearing be easier to use?

I just did this while treating my weak side as if it were my strong side and noticed almost no difference! Boom!
Man I didn’t expect my non-dominant side to be that rough! I was thinking that it wasn’t so bad to the right but I dropped my hoop to the left😱
Been off hula hopping a very long time so just did six min and stomach😅 so will do a bit more later
