      @@dietzandreas1362 Awesome, yes I can do more stretching. I made videos with stretching at the beginning but people were skipping this bit so I stopped. But now am seeing more interest from my current audience :) I'm always stretching before and after making these videos and recommend this in the video description. But yeah, more warm ups and cool downs coming up! 😀

    Aaaah another amazing combo! 🧚 Appreciated the reminders during the stretches a lot, my hip did in fact come up! 😅
    Lovely phases of both the stretches and the workout, I just always need a bit more time to switch the direction of my hoop, I'm using a 96cm 1,2kg hoop and I need both hands to switch it ☺️

    Good morning!!! WootWOOT!! Mission accomplished!! 👍🏻I did skip the beginning stretch because I did a 35 minute jump rope before hooping!! But I love the cool down which is always needed!! Intermediate hooping is perfect for me ❤️ my leg ups and downs only go a small distance down :( It’s hard for me to bring the hoop back up naturally! See you again! Have a fabulous day❤

    I was thinking, you could maybe cut the intro and cool down stretches of the 1+h workouts into their own little videos, that way they'd be even more versatile to combine with the shorter workouts? 🌺 I did the intro, then the hoop, then a 20min legs focused crosstrainer workout, and then the outro stretch, which was amazingly focused on the thighs and calves 💗
