    Just got the hoop. Searched beginners, workout for weighted, hula hoop, and you came up. So glad I joined a 10 minute beginner class.

    Is it normal to feel like you didnt get a work out? I did this for 20 minutes and didnt feel tired or get my HR up. Hopefully it still will help build muscle still as I'm trying to slim down my waist. For some reason my hoop wont go the other direction(to the right) but no issue getting it to go to the left. Maybe something wrong with my hoop idk.

      Great! Yes more videos are in the pipeline. However you can use all my regular hula hoop workouts with your infinity hoop too. Lots to choose from with different difficulty levels and lengths of time. What level would you say you’re at? 😎

    I found the smart Hoola hoop. I bought Leann Life. It pinches. It didn’t come with a waste wrap like others do. Honestly I prefer my normal Hoola hoop. Perhaps I just need to get used to it but nevertheless, I love Hoola hooping!! Great childhood memories! Now a Great workout tool! Thank You for the video. It was great! Keep it Up !!!

    First time with one of the link hula hoop so am a beginner at this . Did enjoy doing the exercise just find it a little hard moving the legs backwards and forwards hopefully will get there

    I just got a weighted hula hoop and found your site and have just started with your 10 minute introductory lesson. Should I do this every day or every other day? What do you recommend? I've done it twice in 3 days with 1 day of rest in between

    Ugh I have such a hard time keeping my hoop going! I feel like the only thing I’m working is my legs because that’s where I’m generating power for the hoop. If I switch to a hip swivel I just immediately lose power and drop it. Idk what I’m doing wrong.
    My hoop was pretty cheap, would the one you’re wearing be easier to use?

    I got one of these and I used it for 20 minutes and didn't feel anything. Should I be moving more? Just thought I would feel more of an exercise feeling after this.

      It depends on your fitness level. If you are already pretty fit, which it sounds like you are, it’s a good idea to add in extra exercises to keep it channeling.

      Yes, is is a bit strange when you’re already a hooper. But I think they have also helped a lot of people on their weight loss journey. As I mentioned it’s also pretty satisfying to be able to remove a link and visually how much weight has been lost.

    Hi Scarlet , I’ve been thinking of purchasing the smart hoop - what do you think of the smart hoop ? Is it a good workout? Is it more challenging ? Can you see faster results? Looks fun Wow I’m so impressed with your acceptability ! . 😊. I was also a UK raver so always enjoy the sounds !

      Hmm so I wouldn't say that a smart hoop is better than a regular hoop. They both have their pros and cons.
      The smart hoop is a good option for those who really struggle to keep a regular hoop going. It is easier at the beginning and can help you get better results if you cannot hoop with a regular hoop. They also give you a some stats, like rotations, length of time and calories burned. When you lose weight, you can take a link out of the hoop which is satisfying.
      Personally, I prefer the regular hoop. I may be biased, but i feel like there is more you can do with it. Once you've got the basic waist hooping there is a whole spectrum of tricks and workouts and that can enrich your hoop journey. It is also super satisfying, when you realise you can keep the hoop up and maintain it. You can see your progression clearly through your improving skill and ability.

      Omg I’m exactly the same! I just purchased one and I can only make it go round once or twice and that’s only because you have to start with spinning it. What are we doing wrong?!

      I also had massive Problems. What helped me were two things: 1. I tried to rotate my hips, but the trick is to move the hips either from side to side or front to back.
      2. Try to activate the core musculature before starting.
      I am far from perfect due to lack of training but maybe this helps.
