Loved this workout! I finally got what you meant by Flow; after starting a week ago, slowly building the minutes up each day, I’m seeing improvements already! I noticed if I stay out of my head and don’t overthink it, it flows on its own- Oh, and the music in this one is insane : ) to the point that I had to stop and start dancing instead, before continuing! Hi, started with you about a month ago, had to go off and practice the moves by myself for about 3 weeks - to get better on the ‘other side’ and practice moving my feet. Today I did the full routine, with only a stumble on the squats!, its such a giggle, even on my own! I didn’t shout at you once!,
I have to say I’ve not tried. If you have a Smart Hoop the definitely give it a goo ok abs let me know how you get on. If you’re considering whether to get a smart hoop or a real hoop, I’d definitely go dir the real one. The fact that it can fall down definitely gives you an amazing sense of satisfaction when you realise you can keep it going for longer as you progress 😉
I do the same direction very well but when she change to opposite direction I counldn't it is too difficult for me as I am use to be with one direction. so I decided to do every time same direction . Anyone facing same problem here ?
My advise in this situation would be to just focus on waist hooping when I am in the opposite direction. Forget about all the arm and leg movements in the beginning. But just take this time to practice your opposite direction. Eventually you’ll get to the point where you will start to be able to move the arms and legs too 😎

Good question! Unfortunately, no exercise will help you spot train fat off of a specific area. Hula Hooping is an aerobic exercise, which raises the heartbeat and burns calories. So combining hula hoop workouts with a healthy diet will help you lose weight all over your body. Exactly where you lose the weight and how fast will depend on your body type and where your body likes to store fat. At the same time, when we are hula hooping, we are toning and strengthening our core muscles. So once the weight begins to drop, you'll see more definition in the abs :D Personally, my belly is the first place for fat to build up and the last place for it to so, super annoying! But hula hooping has definitly helped me to achieve and maintain my weight goals.

Why don't you start off with a shorter video and build it up. You don't want to get disheartened, so start with small achievable goals and increase with small increments.
