I was doing this after a whole arm ache which is like a 3-4 in constant pain, had xrays and bloodwork, all is ok but I really hurt my shoulder and then the pain travelled to my elbow and wrist and doing this seems to feel good. So good to know this can help the pain go away. I've gone through many bottles of pain meds.
