I just tried following along the exercises in this video. I could only complete the basic ones. I have had tennis elbow from May to August with no real improvement.
I have also had problems with grip in both hands for a very long time.
The pain in my elbow has reduced, and the grip in my right hand has much improved.
Thank you so much for these exercises, it is the first time I have had any improvement.
    Thank you very much.

10 days ago, I shook hands with a big strong guy and almost fainted because of the pain from tennis elbow. I found a video (not this one, but it had the main stretch) by Bob and Brad and have been doing that stretch every day, twice a day, holding it for 120 seconds each time. Today, I can shake hands and while there is still some pain, I can at least remain conscious!!!! I’m almost better. Thank you both for the very helpful videos. Love the banter, you guys are elbow savers.

Hi guys, it's been a while for me! I wanted to share my experience of tennis elbow. I do calisthenics and it flared up last summer. After 6 months with no improvement, I started doing hammer curls only with dumbells and also neutral hand position partial pull ups on gymnastic rings from the floor, only lifting as much weight as I allowed. Another one that helped was push ups with my hands touching together on the floor (diamond).
These are not easy exercises but you can make them easier to begin. Now my tennis elbow is pretty much gone, I found this by accident and maybe it can help others. Thanks for the vids guys!

I have tried the shoulder one but it causes so much pain due to cervical spondylosis, it was very painful. I will try some of your other exercises when I can. I've banged my arm numerous times and I walk my dogs in pain due to holding the leash. (One on each hand.)
