Thank you Bob & Brad the two most famous physical therapists on the internet. You guys are no joke, the green one healed years of tennis elbow in less than a month. I even used an ergonomic desk at work, and that didn't help. What a waste of money for the company. Thank you!
Brilliant! I was reading the study and had a little trouble visualizing the exercise but then I found your video and everything fell into place. You explain everything so beautifully! Can't thank you enough for enriching my practice! God bless you!
There are a few factors in ways to treat tennis elbow. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Freds Elbow Helper (check it out on google) it's the best resource i've seen. Check out the incredible info .
@Neall Shandler Lovely Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker at last got great results with it.
Yes. TheraBand Resistive Exercise Bands are available in eight progressive levels of resistance noted by the Thera-Band trademark color-coded progression: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Silver, and Gold. Thera-Band resistive tubing is available in all colors except gold.
Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (search on google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.
I've had excruciating pain in my left elbow for 6 weeks now. I stumbled on these two recently and their exercises and cross fiber massage are really starting to help. I do heavy manual labor daily and this tennis elbow is driving me crazy as I can't do my work and I am not one to sit around and let it heal. I'm going to continue these exercises for another week and then off to the doctor and see if I need a cortisone shot.
Nothing showing on the x-rays, but I have pain in both elbows. I work in a warehouse, lifting boxes all day. I'm going to try all of these to help relieve the pain. Thank you so much.
Great video guys! I have the ‘false’ tennis elbow for the past few months after going from Tennis Elbow to Golfer’s elbow. I will incorporate your false elbow exercise in with my flex bar exercises.
Love the yellow flexbar . But I lost it. I’m low on money and found the red on sale at a very affordable price on Amazon. Is there a huge difference between yellow and red for the Tyler Twist ? The yellow one helped my pain in one session. I’d had 6 months or more of tennis elbow. So that amazed me . These things are AMAZING! Thank you 😊
Hello, amazing video, will give it a try! I have it on my both arms,do you think I will do any harm if I switch the twisting ,first with one arm, then with the other? Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for sharing this! I’m 5 weeks post-op lateral epicondial surgery. Your video has helped me so much in conjunction with my regular weekly physical therapy appointments. Thank you for teaching the exercises and stretches so thoroughly as well as being very entertaining! I can see why you two are so popular! Well done!
Just bought a set of these and have to agree with the “reviewers” who found the difficulty in twisting does not follow the color coding. In my set yellow is substantial easier to twist than tan. I suspect this is some type of quality control issue. I don’t see this as a problem if you buy the whole set as you can pick the one you want (start with the easiest). It might be a problem for someone buying them one at a time.
So i ordered these and used them and they actually made my tennis elbow worse. I was very careful about using it correctly and it did... it made it hurt more.
I am new to your videos, but have frequent debilitating muscle spasms in my lower back. What are the best things to do when I get them, and what are the best things to do to prevent them?
Thank you for this video. I got me a green Theraband but in their instructions they actually stretch their arms all the way out vs how you guys keep the elbows close to the body, is there a better method or try both? Thank you again!
Thank you Bob and Brad, your method for my mild tennis elbow very effective. Easy exercises and enjoying it and looking forward to strengthen my arm muscles too to keep myself healthy with my muscles. You both are the blessings for me. Keep the video coming. I have told my friends all who have problem with torn muscles. 🙏🥰
Hello I checked out the link for this can do twist and bend product. I don't see it there or on your amazon preffered page. Could you share a link to the bend bars?
i was told to only use the band when doing an unavoidable task that may stress it, (at work) for rehab exercises i believe you'd be okay to not use it as you get more tendon function (more blood flow) .but if your unsure it wouldn't hurt you to keep it on during rehab. i however dont
Lovely Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate finally got astronomical results with it.
Lovely video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (search on google)? Guys not trying to be argumentative but I bought a flex bar just like those you are recommending after having tennis elbow for 2 years. It did not help at all. What healed it finally did was wearing the band around where it was hurting every day all day. Plus diclofenac sodium (prescription anti inflammatories) for 3 months. Thanks for the effort.
To tennis players: if you have pain in elbow, or anywhere else in your arms, or shoulders, it is due to extremely incorrect Amateur (beginner) Stroke technique. Amateurs "arm it" when they play tennis. Professional and correct stroke never uses arm to play tennis: part from elbow down to fingertips never Actively plays any tennis, it only holds the raquet. Any active movement of the wrist (rotation, pronation, flexion, etc) is medically very damaging and will result in elbow pain. Yes, Active Wrist movement in tennis results in elbow pain. Hint: professionals and correct strokes use: 1. Legs, 2. Torso, 3. Torso-shoulders, 4. Shoulders to play tennis. Arm is just like flexible string. MMA fighters call it "Rubber Leg". Rubber Arm has "no muscles" - you do not need muscles in the arm, no need to move arm actively. Hard to believe, but it is true. If you do not understand my hints here, your pain will only get worse. No "better raquets", no "elbow aids, wrapps, treatments" will help you, because you will continue to hurt yourself with extremely incorrect stroke technique.
Kudos for the video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Kiyaria Yanenry Rule (Sure I saw it on Google)? There is some truth to that. Overuse injuries are beasts to heal. In my own experience this has what healed my elbow: 1. Stopping the movement that caused it. 2. Releasing and lengthening the muscle and tendon by self-massage (see tenniselbowclassroom.com for exact instructions 3. Eccentric strengthening of the forearm 4. strengthening muscles groups above the elbow (rotator cuff and middle/lower traps) in order to strengthen the kinetic chain involved in the movement. 5. Making sure all joints above elbow are mobile. 6. Return to activity and strictly monitor your time that you do your activity. Hopefully over time your time will increase. It's a tough road to healing a worn out tendon. If in doubt go to a PT that will not only treat your elbow pain but will examine every joint involved in the movement that caused the elbow pain and then build a new foundation of muscle movement that will support your elbow tendon and not let it get overused again.

You guys are awesome, thanks for sharing your knowledge. It certainly helps me daily.
Just a small note I believe the red is less resistant than the green in the order you have it there. Great stuff as always!
Yes. TheraBand Resistive Exercise Bands are available in eight progressive levels of resistance noted by the Thera-Band trademark color-coded progression: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Silver, and Gold. Thera-Band resistive tubing is available in all colors except gold.
You guys are fantastic !!! Solved my pain issue completely.. Thanks for whatever you are doing
Huge help! Cant wait to give these a try! Thank you guys!
On Amazon Cando shows the green as being stiffer than the red, opposite of the way it's laid out here.

I think you're supposed to straighten your arms as you use the flexbar. Otherwise great video.
You guys need to play around with your audio. Sometimes the loudness is ok and other times it is to low. This one was real low.
I notice Brad keeps his band on, which my orthopedist told me not to do as it completely defeats the exercise. So which is it??

A coil spring should work. Might want to use gloves. Go to the hardware and try it out before you buy.
