Dr. Peng is the best. I started doing his exercises for a torn rotator cuff and I am about 90% back to normal. After favoring the other arm, that elbow started hurting. These exercises help right away. Thank you for sharing these with us.
I added a new workout in yesterday. I woke up with horrible elbow pain. I just did these exercise and the pain is gone! Thanks! I even understand how I got it now.

This is why youtube is so awesome. I hurt my elbow wearing tiny elbow pads in hockey, they always rode up my arm and my elbows would hit the ice hard. Now at 40 I pay the price, but these really help.

I am gonna do this a few more weeks and I'm gonna stop watching my phone holding in my hand forever., cuz it really causes a bad pain and sometimes It may turn into tennis elbow pain which is very bad...

The best presentation. Not hiding information which normaly be told. I think this will work. Trayed fist time and feel stretches in my hand egsacly where I feel pain and stiffness. Which means stretches was pointing in right direction. Thanks.
I have flexible joints and chronic pain, my mum and grandma have rheumatoid arthritis, I probably will develop that in the future I fear. I am not active as I tend to feel very weak, unmotivated and feel like the pain stops me from doing so. Even doing these simple exercises I felt burning in my elbows and felt like I couldn't keep my hands up. Sometimes when i put my hair in a ponytail and have to raise them the pain becomes unbearable after a while. I am 24. I will try to keep the exercises up, hopefully I will see a difference. Thank you.
So this video helped me to understand that I probably have golfer's elbow and not tennis elbow. It originally started after lifting a full keg of beer at work. The pain started about 5 weeks ago & I thought it would go away but it didn't. The pain woke me up earlier. I'm hoping with practice, these exercises help my issues with flexibility or strengthen my elbow.
Excellent! I had severe pain in elbow tendons to the extent that I couldn't sleep. I had physio on Monday, used Voltarol for 3 days and took 2 doses of Ibuporofen on Wednesday. This combined with Dr Peng's exercises means that by Friday I am almost pain free and my arm is back to almost full mobility. Thank you so much!
Thanks for this video! It's very clear and easy to follow. However, I'm unable to fully extend my elbow right now. I performed the exercises as extended as I could get, but do you have any videos or recommendations for how to deal with an elbow that won't even extend fully? It's driving me nuts. Thanks again!
Although a professional, I believe that he should include pertinent information such as when BEGINNING these stretches & exercises, you should go slower and be a bit more precise. And instead of jumping straight into a 2 lb. weight, start lighter or with nothing at all for the first week. Rushing your muscles and tendons to stretch is how we got here in the first place. Make it a gradual weight increase. Just my opinion.
The gripping really made the pain in the outer elbow flare up. So does picking up objects like a frying pan or kettle. It’s been going on like this for a year, mostly in the dominant left arm but also in the right arm but much less painful.
A month of pain solved in two days after following these exercises. Thank you!
