I made this from r Sunday dinner. Love it has no flours. Ran out of chocolate for the ganache so put a little butter on top while warm. Mine was even more moist and yummy today! Thank you. Super easy

Very weird texture of cake. This is my second low carb chocolate cake recipe and I probably will not make this one again. I'll eat it because I can't afford to waste ingredients. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the chocolate flavor, but the texture is just not right.
Add 3 egg yolks to the batter. Take the egg whites from the 3 eggs and beat them to stiff peaks. Fold in the batter into the egg whites. Should taste a lot better.
