You can freeze both egg whites and egg yolks, but not together. Nigella Lawson recommends freezing 2 x egg whites in each plastic bag and when you remove them to make, say, meringue l, you know each bag contains 2 x egg whites. When freezing egg yolks, cover them with cold water, otherwise they will develop a hard skin.

Different oven has different performances as well. You might want to check and adjust the temperature
Best to get an oven thermometer..mine is off almost 25°.. so i have to adjust and compensate..
40 minutes is perfect time
I tried the exact recipe and it was a disaster, did not grow and cracked several times. It was also cooked in 30min 😅
