Carolyn, my husband doesn’t like coconut, what can I use for the coconut oil and coconut cream? We eat dairy, so that’s not a problem for us. Any ideas?
I don't have coconut cream in the house right now, so I'm planning to try this with equal amounts of heavy cream. Seems like it should work the same way.
Absolutely loving the look of this cake! Way too many uses of the "C" word (coconut 😆) for my liking though. I strenuously object to anyone who tells me that I can't taste it in a recipe. So I'm wondering if butter for the coconut oil and hwc for the coconut cream would work.
Carolyn, curious do you think those silicone rounds would work for cheesecake? I mean loosening the sides. Do you think that it would still pop right out?
Do you mean for a springform pan? You could use it one of those... but make sure you let the cheesecake set completely which means chilling overnight. Don't flip it, just wiggle spatulas underneath the cake.

Unsweetened cocoa powder is VERY bitter, I would not use half a cup of the stuff but more like an ounce (or 2). Best add the sweetener after all the other ingredients so you can make it sweet to taste.
If you haven’t tried the recipe, then I don’t recommend critiquing it. This is a very popular recipe and most people like it and I think I know what I’m doing when it comes to sweetener. Thanks for your input!
Tried this twice. Cake came out very bitter and OILY !!! Was LITERALLY floating in oil. We ate it, but only because the ingredients are SO EXPENSIVE!!!
For real, this recipe is basicly the keto version of tarte au chocolat which is literally fool-proof. They might have not used the right cocoa powder it seems.

Would heavy cream work instead of coconut oil?
No, the best replacement for coconut oil is butter.
Hi,
Can you use liquid allulose instead of powdered?
Isn't there carbs in coconut cream??
Not very much. You might be thinking of the kind made with sugar... Like Coco Lopez for cocktails.
Can i use coconut milk instead of coconut cream?
I wouldn’t because you probably need the thickness of the cream
Instead of coconut cream, can I use coconut milk ? I'm from Brazil.
Yes but it may be a bit thinner, so add a bit more chocolate and sweetener.
