    Nice and real content bro iam 126 kgs and trying hard to reduce weight with an nutritionist in a nutrition diet when i go to a branded store to see i can notice that many will never come ask me what shirt or pant they will ask size and mostly say no or show some age old design 😢 iam now motivated and fixed no time to reduce but i know ill

    Hi, Bro i am regularly seeing your video & Dr. Pal.
    You really rock, giving all useful things in simple language focused on the lay man's perceptive.
    For past 2 months i am reserching on various methods for Diet loss and seen as many popular videos from leading Doctors around the World.
    Your channel is best in Tamil as you are very realistic without any false promises as well you have reserched and done your home work before presenting which is the best part.
    IMO after research i follow intermittent fasting along with Low carb diet added with 10k steps daily, this will bring faster results but the cache is this method is ok for below 60 years Old. By the way loosing 1 kg every week following this method.
    Hatsoff to you Man keep up your service for our obese Tamil people....by the way i walk at Sivan Park and we hope we will catch up one day....all the best for the smart gentle women keep her progress uptated it will be a great motivation to others.
