Without your video I would be really stuck. I got an exercise sheet from hospital physio which did not have a graduating difficulty flow so one of the first exercises was full fist!! Following your steps two days after surgery, really helped. Two weeks after surgery I can almost make a full fist and the improvement each day is remarkable. Amazing piece of work you have produced. Thank You!
Amazing program! It help so much and you have so much knowledge. I have not found anything else that was so good as your videos for post surgery triggerfinger rehab!!!!
Had trigger finger surgery 6 days ago, still have stitches in but these exercises have been so helpful and given me confidence on the road to recovery. Thank you so much!
Thank you soo much. Had surgery 2.5 weeks ago. I still have stitches and lots of stiffness. My hand felt so much better doing my exercise with you. Your smile and positive attitude along with your encouragement also helped. thank you again!
Very Well Done! I left my orthopedic office with minimal post operative instructions. This REALLY fills in the gaps. After this 1st session of this video, I now feel at least a small bit noticeable improvement. Really neat how just 1 run through yields results. I'll be doing this may times a day, feeling like normal hand motion is on sight. Thank You very much!!
I've had a trigger finger surgery on both hands a few years apart. (Different Surgeons) Nobody ever explained anything like this. Thank You! This really helps!!
BIG HELP Michelle Big Help Thank you so very much AND it didn't take too long either I was at the point of telling the specialist who did the Opp. that it didnt really work but I thought i will try your 6 steps and "Bingo" ,,thank you once again (All the way from Sydney Australia) I'm a musician SO it really was important, XX thanks .
Had carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery 2 and a half weeks ago. As you said no information on recovery itself. These are great wish I found this a few weeks ago. Thanks
Hi there and thank you!!! Sept 5 I had my ring and middle fingers released on my dominant hand. Attending OT for 8 weeks. I can’t believe how stiff my fingers are especially in the morning. I’m now adding your video daily. Ring finger knuckle closest to my finger nail has difficulty bending. Oh, well!! I’ll get there but recovery has been a bear!
Terimakasih sungguh bermanfaat
Thank you. Bandages removed on Monday and I already can do most of these significantly easier at this point in time. Just four days later. I will continue until I have at least two weeks with no discomfort and full flexibility.
Thankyou this good help foe me I just had trigger finger and carpal tunnel surgery, follow your video and keeps my fingers relaxed. Thankyou for this videos.
Hello Michelle. You probably already know what I’m about to tell you. I just wanted to say that I stopped taking over NAC over a year ago. I’ve restarted taking NAC again, and I can’t believe the relief it’s brought to my base thumb arthritis. It feels 80% better after taking NAC.👍🏻
I'm ten day's post surgery and still waiting for my stitches to be removed. I have Deupuytrens conjecture, unfortunately, so these exercises will come in handy xx
I got a cut on my right thumb 2 month ago & I got 4 sutures. Now my thumb skin is kinda constricted & i can't flex my thumb fully. Thumb was immobile for 2 months... please suggest some excercise for this.
I’m 6 weeks post op. I’m getting “clicking” (which was my pre op first symptom before my finger locked entirely). Should I push thru the “clicking” while doing these excercise?
Hi, I had a TFCC arthroscopy 6 weeks ago. The wrist is slowly getting better however the ring and pinky fingers are still very swollen above the top knuckle (the joint feels fine) so much so that the nails havent grown since the surgery and the area below the nails is tender. The finger above the nail is several millimetres ‘longer’ than the same ring finger on the opposite hand. The surgeon couldnt explain what it is but said he thinks its probably fluid that will go over the next few weeks. Does this sound normal? Is there anything i can do to speed things along?
Hey had ulnar and radius fracture so i had surgery done but my hand feels like I’m carrying a handbag 👜 which exercises can help me make my hand and my arm straight again please help

Could you do carpal tunnel and the same time trigger finger surgery. Exercise after surgery?
Thanks!
You are welcome! And I appreciate the Superthanks!
🙏 thanks Michelle ....👍🇮🇹👍
You’re welcome 😊
Had trigger finger surgery two weeks ago today for middle finger of my left hand. Been trying to make a fist, but it's still a little tight.
How soon can I begin after surgery? Same day?
Thank you very much. I have my middle finger surgery 3 weeks ago. What to do if my middle finger got swollen after the exercise?
I’d ice it. That’s what I do whenever I exercise it. Keeps inflammation down. Good luck!😊
do you have specific exercises for thumbs? I had bilateral trigger thumb surgery two weeks ago.
👍👍👍
I’m 6 weeks post op. I’m getting “clicking” (which was my pre op first symptom before my finger locked entirely). Should I push thru the “clicking” while doing these excercise?
I’m having the same issue. Would like to know too. Did yours resolve?
