Without your video I would be really stuck. I got an exercise sheet from hospital physio which did not have a graduating difficulty flow so one of the first exercises was full fist!!
Following your steps two days after surgery, really helped.
Two weeks after surgery I can almost make a full fist and the improvement each day is remarkable. Amazing piece of work you have produced. Thank You!

Very Well Done! I left my orthopedic office with minimal post operative instructions. This REALLY fills in the gaps. After this 1st session of this video, I now feel at least a small bit noticeable improvement. Really neat how just 1 run through yields results. I'll be doing this may times a day, feeling like normal hand motion is on sight. Thank You very much!!

    Hi there and thank you!!!
Sept 5 I had my ring and middle fingers released on my dominant hand. Attending OT for 8 weeks. I can’t believe how stiff my fingers are especially in the morning. I’m now adding your video daily.
Ring finger knuckle closest to my finger nail has difficulty bending.
Oh, well!! I’ll get there but recovery has been a bear!

Thank you. Bandages removed on Monday and I already can do most of these significantly easier at this point in time. Just four days later. I will continue until I have at least two weeks with no discomfort and full flexibility.

Hello Michelle. You probably already know what I’m about to tell you. I just wanted to say that I stopped taking over NAC over a year ago. I’ve restarted taking NAC again, and I can’t believe the relief it’s brought to my base thumb arthritis. It feels 80% better after taking NAC.👍🏻

Hi, I had a TFCC arthroscopy 6 weeks ago. The wrist is slowly getting better however the ring and pinky fingers are still very swollen above the top knuckle (the joint feels fine) so much so that the nails havent grown since the surgery and the area below the nails is tender. The finger above the nail is several millimetres ‘longer’ than the same ring finger on the opposite hand.
The surgeon couldnt explain what it is but said he thinks its probably fluid that will go over the next few weeks.
Does this sound normal? Is there anything i can do to speed things along?
