All of the new loading screens in Metroid Prime Trilogy are really cool. I like how the suit on the loading screen changes depending on what suit you have. I also like how they paid attention to the little details like having the grapple beam and slight differences between Prime 1's & Prime 2&3's Varia Suits.
Although for some reason, there isn't a loading screen for the Dark Suit with the Grapple beam...

This was one of the things that made me fall in love with the Trilogy version, seeing your progress in a visual form as you're picking back up where you left off. The consistency of the suit designs is genius
That’s the same reason I’m disappointed we got an individual port of prime 1. This menu startup was genius
I really really dig this version of the Phazon Suit.
The Phazon veins add a lot of to it right? ^^

@@TurKlack Don't take this as an "Um, actually," but the veins do appear in game as the Phazon Beam. Unfortunately, you hardly get to see it since you can only use it in the pools of Phazon in Metroid Prime's "Second Phaze," Not to mention you can't see them that well under the SFX while shooting at Prime, and that you can only really see it 1/3 of the time since you have to use the Thermal and X Visors during the fight. (You probably knew this though, just putting it out there for commenters passing by.)
It would've been cool if it was a permanent addition to the Arm cannon, or maybe a slightly stronger replacement to the Power Beam.
YES. Yes it does. That was an excellent addition to the phazon suit. Really sets the tone.

I love how it takes into account the different upgrades you get.
I personally find Gravity Suit to look coolest to me mostly because blue is my favorite color. I like how the Phazon suit also has the phazon cannon with it.

I was about to protest that you forgot to add the Fusion Suit loading screens, then I remembered... They didn't add those. Shame really.

Necro as fuck, also, no there are no |Fusion Suit screens, they are represented by the regular suit equivalent.
I'm not saying they had Fusion Suit Screens, I'm saying you could use the suit in gameplay. It is still sad though.

I'm really glad they showed the changes in the P.E.D. Suit. half the time I would save and quit just so I could go look!
As someone who grew up on Prime 2 and had only beat it on the original GC file after getting Trilogy, and to where I'm almost at Emperor Ing in Hypermode for Trilogy: I loved seeing the suits change as I progressed through the game, it was really amazing to see, and it was best seeing Light Suit Samus in amazing glory
I have noticed that the varia suit from MP1 is different from MP2 and 3. MP1's has much bigger shoulder and a little bit darker color :)

Plus the bottom of the arm cannon has an added detail rather then being completely flat.
Edit: oh they added that detail to the prime 1 cannon aswell.
I wish they had included the Fusion suits when you unlocked them, it'd be nice to see.
cool. I liked how the Phazon suit had the Phazon cannon on it. And the PED suit 50%-75$ corrupt looks cool too.

Huh... No screen of the Phazon Suit with the Grapple Beam? That's weird, considering you get the Grapple Beam before the Phazon Suit.
Regardless, it's awesome that Retro put so much time into Trilogy. It's my favorite game disc I've ever bought.

There's also no dark suit with gravity boost and grapple beam, and it may not be the composer's fault
I know. That's because there isn't one. When i tried to record it, it just showed the regular dark suit. I put it in the description that there isn't one too.
Pff, Metroid Prime doesn't have loading screens. :P
Phazon suit and Dark suit with gravity boost are my favorites.
@AlvinEarthWormFan With the Chozo DNA in her, she has an immunity to being Dizzy.
In actual terms, it saves on a lot of disk space to keep the same action, but change up the outfit. It also helps to see how far you are in the game you're playing. That, and I think it also makes the MPT unique. As far as I know, there arent many Loading Screens that are so rad, and make the main hero/heroine look cool!

I still think it's funny that you can still use the charge beam in MP1 (when you have the power suit) for the loading screen even though you don't have it (I know you can, but it's possible that you don't)
@brawldichweg The Fusion Suit is from the GBA game, Metroid Fusion. Samus was on the Space Station SSR-188. In short, she gets infected with a new parasite called X, Smaus is given a Metroid Vaccine, and now, in that suit, she can absorb the X parasite, and heal, and regain ammo. Because Samus has Metroid cells inside her, she's now sustains HEAVY damage from Ice attacks. the parasites mimiked Samus' old suit to make the SA-X. SA-X has the ice beam, and can attack Samus when it encounters her.
I know i forgot it, but i didn't realize that i did until a long time after i put this up. So i just figure since people can watch the multiplayer loading screen whenever they want it's not that big of deal.
It stands for Phazon Enhancement Device.
Only Retro Studios can make me want to watch loading screens. I wish they would make more Metroid games like this. I'm not too excited about Other M.

You mean the Grapple Lasso. Grapple Swing is acquired on Bryyo, and you already have the PED Suit when you get it.

@fh1564838 yea thats when in the last form of metroid prime she needs to step on the phazon pools prime leaves and samus needs to get in them and use the phazon, her arm cannon turns blue and

@brawldichweg Oh. Adding a "Fusion Suit loading screen" probably would have taken some disk space, and thus, it could have overloaded the disk. the Fusion Suit is probably never shown in the menu, cause the suit has it's own game.

They don't have any for the Fusion Suit unfortunately. The only one i missed was the Multiplayer loading screen. But i figured since you can look at that one whenever you want it's not really a big deal.
Gravity suit is actually a deep purple color.
Yeah, it does look like that in the preloading scene to me. Though, when in gameplay, it looks as if blue in my opinion and in SSBB, it looks more of a purple-blue color to me. But whether blue or purple, I like the design of the suit.
In Corruption it would have been pretty cool to have the different beams, as they keep the previous abbilities of the other beam, just like the suits.

I like how its pretty much the same actions, just different suits used. Too bad Nintendo was lazy to insert the Fusion Suit. At least its an unlockable costume in the game.

@TheDoctorTL4c2 Zero Laser is a non canon weapon used only in Brawl, and Brawl is terrible when it comes to representing some characters the way they are in their own games. (Ike is fast as hell with decent attack in his game instead of painfully slow with insane power, and he never does anything involving a fire attack.) Plus it does not show her arm cannon making the halo-like ring around it before it fires.
Also the Varia suit is samuses main suit.

The visor to is different. In MP1 it was more flat. Now it has more angles

The Power suit dosen't have round shoulders but the Varia suit does

I don't know. I was think like maybe playing it on Hypermode or doing one of the 2-D Metroid's.

i noticed in the prime 2 and 3 loading screens her pauldrons are small. If any logic was added i think it was to add mobility. Her P.E.D and P1power suit seem to have the most mobility.

the fusion suit is only available in the gamecube version, since you got it by connecting the two game with the gameboy-gamecube cable. the gamecube version didn't have this loading screen, therefore, no fusion suit version of it.
You get it in the extra menu in the trilogy
