Indeed! My mom and I have been working out with Leslie for awhile now but I love the new crew and the challenging workout! I do it every nice and my body feels so great afterwards and I sleep so well!
Yes! I love her workouts too and as an older woman they are a good speed and intensity for me. It is great to feel challenged though too. We’re so blessed to have options and it’s a good idea to mix it up.

I have been using walk at home exercise for almost three years. I do appreciate the new format and the lovely young fit participants but I miss seeing more senior participants. Surprisingly at 67 I kept up except for the jumping jacks....bad knees. I liked the variety of different ages and body types participating in the videos. Fitness isn’t just for the young.
I was reading the comments and with all the negative comments posts…I had to try this workout. I LOVE it, the music is great, the walk,run,toning did not feel like a workout. Give it a try…the workout is all about you. Thanks to the instructors of this workout. I got a good sweat session.
Yes definitely a great workout the only thing is I wake up in the middle of the night so stuff and in pain I have to get up. This is the only workout that I have done so far that does that to me. I love all the different moves in this one. It frustrates me because I really like this one
I absolutely enjoy Walk at Home and this new edition is great. Celine and Tanner are great instructors BUT Tara really need to calm down and learn how to transition from one work out to another. Also Leslie created this giant brand and then she showed other walk leaders how to do the same what a blessing.
@@beoverwait indeed, I brought the kit from QVC and one of the reasons I returned it was how she leads. But then I found a shorter version of it here. I already had the miracle bands. But I agree I hope she understands to calm down and give us a clue when the change is happening
Oh I came here to say same thing. She is energetic but very hard to follow, funny watching the eyes of her fellow workers watching for what happens next 😂 I loved the music. And at the end of the workout I had felt the burn so a great workout I'll save as a favourite ❤

I've been doing Leslie's workouts for almost a year now. I started with her 15 minute miles. I am now doing the newer more intense walking workout and will be incorporating some resistance. I couldn't imagine doing any other workouts. Thank you Leslie and the WAH team for making these workouts available here for us. Side note, love to see one of my favorites (Jordan) in this workout. Also love Nick.
I love Leslie and I think the new crew are doing a fabulous job. I get up at 6am and whether it is Nick, Rocky, Leslie or anyone else leading on the Walk at Home App, I am motivated to GET WALKING, which is what Leslie would want. Leslie would have to be in her 60s now... I have been walking since 2010, 2 years after I broke my knee at 16 years old. I fully credit Leslie Sansone for getting me up, building muscle and helping me to "boost my walk" (jog, a thing I never thought I would do again after messy knee surgery). That being said, anyone nearing 60 would consider winding back their work schedule, although I'm sure Leslie is involved behind the scenes. Now I'm nearly 30 and I workout with my husband before work. Thank you Leslie for your legacy, and Marie for doing your mum proud.
I am a long time walker/follower of Leslie Sansone; Leslie’s longstanding brand of workouts always represented a varying range of age groups...she had a way of encouraging and including everyone; at a glance this work out seems to suggest it is for a much younger generation of walkers/fitness enthusiasts. Please don’t forget about those who are slightly older No longer seeing Leslie on these newer workout releases something is definitely missing...

I've been exercising with Leslie for about a year and I've lost 23 kilograms with the help of her 45-minute workouts. For absolute beginners, however, I recommend you to begin with her older sets (especially with the 1-mile sets), get familiar with the moves, and get trained for some time because this is a little bit too advanced and complicated for beginners. Another note; I'm not against the new generation, but I gotta say that I miss Leslie and her team, too.
@@panes840 Yes I did. I went to a dietitian during that while. Her diets changed from person to person, but to generalize, I cut off processed food, drank herbal teas and plenty of water, minimized bread and fruit consumption, and consumed milk or yogurt after exercise. I recommend you to consult a dietitian along with exercise, because exercise alone don't quite help with weight loss.
I have to agree, It was a good workout for people who are already in shape. But for someone like me even though I know the move it was hard to follow. I am older so not having transitions was difficult. Still good luck to the new people

Love this did Celina's & Tanner's, Taja's was too fast for me now but will get to it. Also did Celina's other 1 mile. Total workout today was 45 mins. Feeling awesome right now.
This is a super workout and Celina and her gang are great! Obviously, Lesley is great too but it’s nice to mix it up with different instructors. This workout is particularly good because it’s varied and interesting.
i lost over 50 lbs several years ago following the leslie sansone walk and lift workout. (as well as diet changes and going to the gym regularly) life got in the way and i got out of the habit and gained back most of the weight. finally decided i'm ready to get back into it and went looking for my old favorite video. couldn't find it but found this instead. must say i LOVE the run portion. much higher intensity than the old leslie videos and i'm here for it. little disappointed with the lift portion. the old video used actual weights. not sure i'm getting what i need from the resistance band, so i'll be modifying my workout to use weights instead. also on the old leslie video there were more pilates-type exercises at the end of the lifting so i was a little disappointed those were no longer included. overall great workout though! i'm so grateful these videos are made available on youtube
As someone who has done theses walking workouts for years and years, even before Leslie got a RUclips channel herself, I find most of the current content easy to do, so I’m hoping this one is right up my street, as I like the longer videos. Although I fully appreciate that content is still being added to this channel...I do miss Leslie. Thank you for this video though 💪🏼👍🏼

This video workout is awesome guys!! I've done a lot of the Walk at Home exercises videos and this one is definitely the best. I like the mix of Walk Run Lift. Keeps it fresh so you don't get bored and also seems to make the 45 mins go quickly. I really feel like I've had a good workout, I feel uplifted and motivated to get on with the rest of my day knowing I've done that important exercise to keep me healthy and happy. The music is great! It's the best of all your videos I've followed. Please do more of this with lyrics we like to sing along to. It's so energizing and uplifting. Thank you guys and have a great day, week, year, life!!
I too miss Leslie, only started working out with her from last September, but preferred her as sometimes these are two fast for me, but will stick with it. Leslie gave very instructions too.
Great overall workout, loved the video, energy, music and instructors. The ads were unbelievably frequent and very inconvenient. Would love to see the same thing with fewer ads.
Miss Leslie and her elegant form but don’t mind a younger crew. However found it bit messy - especially the HIIT part - the instructions could be clearer with more warning, i noticed even the crew seemed confused at times
The run part was difficult to follow because there wasnt much warning before the changes. But after your 2nd or 3rd time doing the workout it gets easier to follow.
Loved the energy and the music. It is excellent. The queuing needs some work though. Man the running part was all over the place. I couldn’t tell when we were supposed to be starting and stopping. Even the folks doing the routine looked a little lost. Clean that up and it’s a good program. But I do miss Leslie 🥺
Love the variation of walking/hiit/strength, and the fact that there was only one ad toward the end, unlike all of the other videos on this channel I have done so far. Favorited so will be coming back to it. 45 minutes is perfect too!!
As someone who has always despised and made excuses to get out of working out.... i Enjoyed this workout!! I’m going to Walmart to find bands to do it again tomorrow night.
This was awesome! I usually have no time for workouts over 15 minutes but this was worth every 45 mins (dripping sweat). I'm happy I decided to try this out. Persons at home may not have bands so suggestions for without band workouts would be super cool...
Some of these exercises are high impact. Just remember if you have bad knees or other restrictions most exercises can be modified to a low impact version or substituted with something more comfortable for you. Keep up the good work. You got this.👍
Usually I don't like aerobic based workouts, but then I found "Walk at home with Leslie". Wow! That changed evertything! Absolutely love it! I couldn't agree more with everyone who already mentioned that Leslie, Nick, Rocky and "the old crew" is dearly missed! Also Michael with his ever present happiness and fun! But to give the "new crew" a chance to improve: The usual tips how to keep the correct posture are missing. I think it is very important to always remind people at home how to keep the right posture.I also missed alternatives. Like "If you mess up the steps, go back to walking" or "you can always change into a Power walk" and so on. I personally didn't find the cool down in this video relaxing, so I switched to a cool down video with Leslie. What I liked in this workout were the exercises with the punches and the lift session. That was really good!
The workout was good but it was hard to keep to the beat with the constant chatter and antics among the leaders. There were 2 ad interruptions but these were less than other videos. Leslie is the queen of Walk at Home workouts.
I never thought I could like a fast workout like this, for the long length. But this is now on my fave workout list. Love love it! You guys are amazing :) I've been doing these walks off your channel for over a month, and I'm addicted. I can feel myself getting healthier bit by bit, day by day.
Hi I read the comments and I do not agree. I love this workout. I love the music. I love the energy. I do it everyday and I prefer it better than Leslie. The only thing I would say is the run section could have had clearer instructions. However you can improve with time. Keep it up excellent👏👏👏

This is a fairly good workout. I like the walk and run part. The leaders are good except they don’t stay on beat of music, that makes me nuts😂 I know the band is good but I just walk thru that part. I do other weight training. I do miss Leslie. I also like Nick and Nadia. But again this is a fairly good one.
I really enjoy the video but if we could get more advance direction and not switch activities so much during the run that would help us non experienced crowd. Keep them coming!

This is a great workout ! I found Leslie during Covid and loved her attitude and gratitude for life. Has Leslie retired? Is Selena related. She has the same sparkle as Leslie! By the way I turned 69 today and did the entire workout and felt fabulous! I love the longer workouts. Blessings to you all

Really nice workout but I’d enjoy it so much better if counting was done throughout the entire workout. I felt wonky during the run segment. Plus I kept having to pause during the lift because I needed a little more time to get into position between sets.
I loved this workout one of my faves, but after every move is a commercial... Usually instructors choose break times or before and after for commercials... There needs to be more ques to change to different moves...

I too miss Leslie, only started working out with her from last September, but preferred her as sometimes these are two fast for me, but will stick with it. Leslie gave very instructions too.

Miss Leslie and her elegant form but don’t mind a younger crew. However found it bit messy - especially the HIIT part - the instructions could be clearer with more warning, i noticed even the crew seemed confused at times
The crew tried to act more natural a la Leslie but they need more experience and confidence -- and they are not Leslie.
The run part was difficult to follow because there wasnt much warning before the changes. But after your 2nd or 3rd time doing the workout it gets easier to follow.

Loved the energy and the music. It is excellent. The queuing needs some work though. Man the running part was all over the place. I couldn’t tell when we were supposed to be starting and stopping. Even the folks doing the routine looked a little lost. Clean that up and it’s a good program. But I do miss Leslie 🥺
Love the variation of walking/hiit/strength, and the fact that there was only one ad toward the end, unlike all of the other videos on this channel I have done so far.

This was awesome! I usually have no time for workouts over 15 minutes but this was worth every 45 mins (dripping sweat). I'm happy I decided to try this out. Persons at home may not have bands so suggestions for without band workouts would be super cool...

Some of these exercises are high impact. Just remember if you have bad knees or other restrictions most exercises can be modified to a low impact version or substituted with something more comfortable for you. Keep up the good work. You got this.👍

Usually I don't like aerobic based workouts, but then I found "Walk at home with Leslie". Wow! That changed evertything! Absolutely love it! I couldn't agree more with everyone who already mentioned that Leslie, Nick, Rocky and "the old crew" is dearly missed! Also Michael with his ever present happiness and fun! But to give the "new crew" a chance to improve: The usual tips how to keep the correct posture are missing. I think it is very important to always remind people at home how to keep the right posture.I also missed alternatives. Like "If you mess up the steps, go back to walking" or "you can always change into a Power walk" and so on. I personally didn't find the cool down in this video relaxing, so I switched to a cool down video with Leslie. What I liked in this workout were the exercises with the punches and the lift session. That was really good!
I still use the old exercises with leslie, i love doing some of them, also i appreciate what leslie doing now by making regeneration, good job leslie
The workout was good but it was hard to keep to the beat with the constant chatter and antics among the leaders. There were 2 ad interruptions but these were less than other videos. Leslie is the queen of Walk at Home workouts.
I never thought I could like a fast workout like this, for the long length. But this is now on my fave workout list. Love love it! You guys are amazing :) I've been doing these walks off your channel for over a month, and I'm addicted. I can feel myself getting healthier bit by bit, day by day.

Hi I read the comments and I do not agree. I love this workout. I love the music. I love the energy. I do it everyday and I prefer it better than Leslie. The only thing I would say is the run section could have had clearer instructions. However you can improve with time. Keep it up excellent👏👏👏

This is a fairly good workout. I like the walk and run part. The leaders are good except they don’t stay on beat of music, that makes me nuts😂 I know the band is good but I just walk thru that part. I do other weight training. I do miss Leslie. I also like Nick and Nadia. But again this is a fairly good one.
Yes and some of the cuing could be better. It's frustrating to have changes without a proper "heads up."
I really enjoy the video but if we could get more advance direction and not switch activities so much during the run that would help us non experienced crowd. Keep them coming!

This is a great workout ! I found Leslie during Covid and loved her attitude and gratitude for life. Has Leslie retired? Is Selena related. She has the same sparkle as Leslie! By the way I turned 69 today and did the entire workout and felt fabulous! I love the longer workouts. Blessings to you all

Really nice workout but I’d enjoy it so much better if counting was done throughout the entire workout. I felt wonky during the run segment. Plus I kept having to pause during the lift because I needed a little more time to get into position between sets.

Fun workout. Suggest more ti[ps on form as we do exercises (e.g.,.belly button pressed to back, where should head and shoulders be).
I loved this workout one of my faves, but after every move is a commercial... Usually instructors choose break times or before and after for commercials... There needs to be more ques to change to different moves...
