What a great day on the water. That lunch was something as well. Very nice! I could not believe you threw that eel back. I remember catching them as a kid. They have some of the sweetest meat I have found. If you clean and skin them and cut them in 3" pieces and deep fry them you will find that they are delicious. Thanks again for taking us along and God bless!
Parker Dock is one of my favorite places. I launch my kayak from there and crab all the creeks and always hit my personal limit within a couple hours. Love that place and love your channel. Keep it up.
Thank you! Such a beautiful spot. We haven’t tried the end of that dock but we saw someone shirtless trying to catch crabs in the marsh! He’s our idol! Hope we could do that someday!😊
@@anthonyhenry2143 We got in on line. The bug shirt is made from Canada. Originally designed for hikers to protect them from mosquitoes, ticks and other bugs. The facial mesh is small enough that gnats are unable to get through. Works great🦀!
The place looked so nice😊. The creek was a bit shallow but the crabs were still there during high tide. Turtle country though😊they were popping all over.
Looks like a nice spot! Not crowded and parking close to crabbing. 10 is still a good dinner. I'm not sure what I would do with all the crabs if I got too many. Freeze them I guess. Great video!
Yes Sling! Our favorite part on this trip was how close we were to the creek. We tailgated and the set up was sooo relaxing. We were hoping to get a lot of crabs because we wanted to give some to our neighbors. But we only took home 6 after eating 4 on site😆. Not even enough for our kids. Maybe on our next adventure. Thank you😊! Looking forward to your next adventure!
I have been enjoying your crabbing trips. You are such a lovely couple. I always gone fishing but never tried crabbing and after watching your videos, I want to try crabbing. I started looking for crab traps but can not find anything close to the one you folks are using. Can you share where purchased your traps. Amazon definitely don't have the same one you have. They only have the one made with Polyethylene. I live here in Queens, NY by JFK airport and very close to Jamaica bay and I think there are crabs waiting for me here. Maraming salamat po.
@@bongpay Thank you🥰! You can try going to the website for Dick’s Sporting Goods and search for Crab traps. You’ll see the double ring wire trap for $9.99. That’s where we buy them 🦀🦀🦀. Good luck kabayan and marami nga yatang crabs diyan sa Jamaica Bay🦀🦀🦀. Thanks for watching!
Hey new subscriber here. Im new to fishing/crabbing in Egg Harbor. Is there dock or pier fishing in egg harbor bay or river? Just looking for new waterways to fish with a change of scenery? Any guidance would be appreciated.
@@rjhong93 You can try South Green Street Park in Tuckerton. They have nice bulkheads and a fishing pier. It’s also close to seven bridges road where the scenery is wonderful. There you can also go crabbing and fishing. Good luck and have a nice trip😊🦀🐟!
Ha!ha! Thank you! We’re practicing for retirement. We might end up living in that van after all the kids are done with College😆. We got the bug shirts online, a company called “ The Original Bug Shirt Co.” from Canada. It was made for hikers to protect them from ticks, mosquitoes and midges. So they have proper ventilation in mind. They were comfortable under the shade even in 90 degree weather. They placed durable mesh on the sides and the opening on the face goes all the way down to the neck for better visibility. Highly recommended 😊
@@thandastones888 Ha Ha 😀 I think that's a good idea when the time comes, but you will need a camper van. Much more comfortable. Thanks for the info on the shirt. I will look in to it. my wife is allergic to bug bites but she loves to crab. I cant wait to see where you go next.
@@magazineman3910 A nice motorhome with a full bath will be a dream😊. A bug shirt for the wife will make her enjoy crabbing in the early morning hours. Have a great weekend!
We bought it online. The company is called “ The Original Bugshirt Company” and it’s made from North America ( Canada ). Designed for hikers to protect them from bugs and ticks, it works well against gnats and midges. This one was $94 dollars. We didn’t catch any flounder but we caught an eel.
