We would have to see the reasons which the school presumably offered. I suspect that it was careful to avoid weighing in on either side of the conflict but instead simply affirmed its commitment to provide education regardless of where the plaintiff happened to live.

My daughter passed away, and I am raising her four children. They've been with me for 7.5 years now. Their dad decided to move to another state, and doesn't contact them or contribute in any way. These 4 children are so sweet and respectful. The oldest is nearly 18, the youngest just turned 12. This makes me so grateful for them! They would never act like that. Counting my blessings today.

If you have a newborn kid, and put 50$ per month to his/her account, and with almost no interest gain on it, after 18 years, there will be about 12000$ on kids account. its more than enough to pay for nice 2 years college, and if kid also works part time then its even better. if you put 100$ per month and put it not into bank but a nice investment firm to get few % yearly, lets say only 3%, then after 18 years, kid gets 30.000$ on savings account!!! so, paying for school is not that difficult. and while your child goes to college he/she can still live for those extra 3-4 years with parents, unless he/she doesnt behave like normal human being. but that is the root of all problems. when there is a will, there is a way. and kids are spoiled, dont want to learn, do work and excel in life, they want everything on a silver plate. in my generation, we had to study really hard, there was no internet and no cellphone. just to call your friends on evening you would had to ask permission from parents, and present them your homework (with good grades!!)

She can still get a full time job and go to school (albeit at a slower pace) and find a cheap place to live. I took up a grueling warehouse job to pay for bills and school and it’s more than enough to cover it plus some excess for wants. Most jobs that aren’t light labor pay 14+ an hour plus any overtime you might want/get. It adds up quite nicely, but you have to get used to the strenuous work though.

The good news is I have my own place my own house now and I'm thriving because I've taken the time to really sit down focus on my skills and learn how to budget. She can still get a full time job and go to school (albeit at a slower pace) and find a cheap place to live. It won’t be a comfortable life but one she choose for herself with her disrespect to the hand that feeds her. I took up a grueling warehouse job to pay for bills and school and it’s more than enough to cover it plus some excess for wants. Most jobs that aren’t light labor pay 14+ an hour plus any overtime you might want/get. It adds up quite nicely, but you have to get used to the strenuous work though.

The good news is I have my own place my own house now and I'm thriving because I've taken the time to really sit down focus on my skills and learn how to budget.
