Hi dear friend 😊cảm ơn bạn chia sẽ video nha 😊bạn nói tiếng Việt giỏi quá 😊rất vui được biết đến kênh youtube của bạn 😊thank you for sharing 😊have a wonderful weekend dear friend 😊
You definitely speaking Vietnamese better than some Vietnamese people 😅, hopefully I’ll go to cali someday and tryout the restaurant the food looks delicious…
I thought they were brothers at first😎! as a vietnamese thank you to you for being like the Viet in general, take care, enjoy the Viet connection and best of luck w/your work!
Great vlog! My wife and I enjoyed your interaction with the locals. You should visit the Bay Area also -- more specifically San Jose. We have a huge Vietnamese American population here (2nd only to OC).
You will never run out of good Viet places in Westminster/ Garden Grove. Love it!! Long Beach has some good spots too with a mixture of Viet and Khmer spots.
You’re from Redondo Beach. Cool. I live in Torrance. Quite close to Redondo Beach. I’ve been watching your videos. Keep traveling and exploring the Vietnamese cuisine bro!
Great video Tyler. The price is probably fair for there in California. But can’t beat 1, 2, or even 3 usd here. But that looked delicious. Glad you’re having a great time with your dad
Hi Taylor and your Dad, the broths looked more like those in Saigon, thick and viscous. The sweet cakes looked like banh gia loi (Vietnamese steamed layered cake) your dad seems to like it . 🙂
I look forward to your videos so much! I trust your dank rank scale. I know what you're talking about and I feel so seen !! Your dad is literally all of my American friends haha. They have no idea how good it can get!!
I’m so glad you went to Little Saigon, Orange County for good Vietnamese food. So many places for such delicious food there. Both of your soups seems to be good quality and quantity.
Enjoyed your visit to "Little Saigon" in Cali - been there before and really loved the place! So many Viet restaurants to choose from and the shopping as well. Our Washington Avenue in Philly has some choice Vietnamese restaurants, but not a many choices as is in "Little Saigon". Liked the way you interacted with the locals. You are one famous dude for sure !!
We went to Disneyland 15 years ago and visited Little Saigon. It looks as if it changed a lot since then. We are not very adventurous, so we stick to buying shrimp spring rolls from a very small supermarket near a junction. They were delicious!
Sriracha is created by David Tran (a Vietnamese American). He is a paradigm of a successful immigrant story and a humble person. His story is fascinating.
He should've used a different name instead of stealing "Sriracha" from Thailand. The people in Sriracha, Thailand don't like it because it has absolutely no similarity to their actual Sriracha sauce.
Hi Tyler and your dad, I am glad both of you found a good restaurant. When I have a chance to go to LA from Dallas, I will definitely stop by this restaurant and give it a try. I can’t wait to see you bring Trang here because I want to see her reactions to the restaurants in Little Saigon.
It's nice to see another video with your super cool Dad. There is a restaurant in Toronto, Canada that makes pho with beef tenderloin. It was recommended to me by Vietnamese people. Although it is a good pho I find it a bit too rich for me. I used to have a place in my neighbourhood that had a very clean (yet flavourful) pho. Unfortunately they closed :(.
Hey buddy your Vietnamese is awesome!!!!! In SoCal, phuc luc tho area, my favorite pho is Pho Holic, the original location. Try that. Ya remind me of my white western friend, best friend he loves all the viet food that my mom cooks. When we was in college he always stop by my house for viet food. My mom always make pho and bun Bo hue for him. Eventho we are all an adult and have family, but he still in love with Vietnamese food…. I am proud of you speaking Vietnamese well. Enjoy the viet culture in Saigon, I am sure the Vietnamese are all open arm and welcome you in Saigon.
Looks like you really like Vietnamese foods Tyler??? I was in Westminster, CA 2 weeks ago. I tried many different Vietnamese restaurants. It was great!!! Thanks for the video 👍👍
Lại 1 người mỹ biết tiếng việt, chắc bạn đã xem phúc mập, vietnam mis dustin?? chúc kênh bạn được nhìu người việt xem và đăng kí, đến từ saigon, vietna.
Do you live in SoCal? I’m from San Diego and take regular trips to little Saigon for good Vietnamese food. I’m lucky to be so close to OC. When are you going back to Vietnam?
As of now I think it’s the best banh canh cua with orange broth in socal. It is not bad, could not find another one make better than this. Usually I ordered to go when visiting O.C from Alhambra LA. However last year I when i visited Houston, found a place they made it much better n with the fresher crab meat the only draw back is it didn’t have the fried shrimp cake (cha ca chien) with it. Back in Vietnam in District 10 outside of Nguyen Tri Phuong market, I always had 3 bowls each time I ate there.
That dessert is actually called "bánh da lợn" or "bánh da heo" because it's reminiscent of layers of pork skin (or more like layers of pork belly). It's a very common snack, and you can definitely find it in Saigon.
this is Pho as south Viet Nam style, you should or may be you tested Phở Hanoi. they are will be different. we call Phở Nam (south) and Phở Băc. Thanks for your video.
That pho broth is dark. We have a restaurant here in Houston that the broth is so thick of bone broth and great flavor that you become sleepy after eating it. It has great flavor but I sometimes go for a cleaner broth especially in the Texas heat.
Please do a vlog on foot massage. I wonder how much they charge and types of massage/service they offer. You and Dad look like brothers. Super cool you're so close to your dad, that's a blessing.
I am amazed

@@ltlwatcher You mean his girlfriend Trang? She is learning Chinese.
@@skatingcanuck9837 there's a RUclips video of David Tran speaking Mandarin Chinese. Search for "Sriracha tour".
