I've already said this before, but i really want to more people to know this
I got a detail that i'm pretty sure almost no one knows about, it's on the mission "Horsemen, Apocalypse", chapter 4
On that mission, when you are in the house protecting the back window, you can actually change positions with John, Dutch, and Charles, and there is actual dialogue for it.
I got another one aswell, which i searched, and couldn't for the life of me find anyone showing that, so here it is
On the mission "Favored Sons", Chapter 6
You jump off a cliff with Dutch, well, turns out you can jump from that same cliff on the open world normally and survive, i found it by accident while i was escaping from a bunch of Valentine cops, and it was more than epic (By the way, you only survive the fall if you don't press the jump button, Arthur/John will jump automatically if you just run)

i’ve just now discovered that when you eat and drink at a saloon and walk up the stairs your stamina bar will drop a little bit as if you’re in a food coma (the saloon with stairs is in saint denis)
