If you have high honnor you get a blue vest and tie but if you have low honnor you get a red vest and tie. You can also see in the misson where they rob the bank in saint denis, hosea has a blue vest and tie as he is a good character while dutch and micah have a red vest and tie as they betray you in the long run therefore being bad characters.
You technically don't have to go home after each of the missions on the ranch. Of coure mostly you do because there is not really anything else at that point in the game.
They sort of did for RDR1, I believe there is 3 different ways dialog in missions can go. I know in "This is Armadillo, USA" on the ride with Bonnie. There's at least 2 different sets of dialog that can happen with the mission. I've only had the 2 so there could be more. So goodness knows how many sets they did for some or all missions in the game. Red dead Redemption as a whole show's that when they care about the story. They knock it out of the park.
On the mission Banking The Old American Art, try shooting Bill's wagon on the way there, shoot the lantern. When you click play from recent checkpoint you'll hear new dialogue and see a new wagon

I just had it as little keepsakes so I went to the fences and sold a bunch of gold bars and a pen and pocket watches and walked out the place with six grand so I just found it really funny that I had to get a bank loan.
This my first play through of rdr2 and in joys of civilization i never knew about that forst cutscene where aurthur is surrounded by those kids with guns because when i was playing the mission a bug kicked in and the kid stopped running and got stuck on the road so i was able to catch him
i do 99,5% of the game two times, but that thing in 10:14 was the hardest thing i do in the hole game, and i do the trofies of study and kill every animal os the game.
I have always approached the mission with Sean and robbing the train during the day and never at night. Why? That's a good question. After playing this game many times, I have never understood why Arthury ALWAYS moans, whines, and complains ALL the time.

There's an additional dialogue when you rob a homestead with Sean in Chapter 3. If you shoot the last guy left in the Cabin who surrendered, Sean will reference how a cold person Arthur is.
I love how Sean and Arthur both agree being compared to Micah is a violence-worthy offense.
