Hi. I've been on Randy site for sometimes and I saw this tiny home. Made 3 yrs ago, love everything about it, country farm style with farmwood outside and inside. Personal touch just did it all with no words! I never owned a home in my life, cause price to high for single person or one income coming in. All I do is work and work, never had vacation . I know it's sad, one day as I see it. I will enjoy life with no stress and can breath more flowers into your tiny home of my own, to say lovely home! I keep watching, will have one made someday! Keep up with the love you have and you have best team ever.
I really like this 16 footer! I would like an apartment sized fridge/freezer though. I know it would surpass the counter & I'd lose counter space, but I'd just put an organization something or another on top :)

Randy, I love it! I need the fold down extension of the kitchen counter. I have something planned for that spot. Forget everything I sent you but the windows! I get a shut in feeling if I don't have windows that open. A picture window on the back wall would work better for me? The murphy bed is 39" high that goes on that back wall. I will install my cabinets in the tiny once I get there. The shower was neat...but I like the white smooth one. Amanda I like your sink and faucet choice. Good job. If possible may I have smooth wood on the base cabinets. I'm not renting mine out so it is important for me to feel cozy. I plan to garden and make my dream a delight to look at.
Awesome job.. Tip to block to sun.. 2x4x8 with a scrap piece of wood & a towel or cardboard .. Make a T and lay the towel over it and lean it against the windows on the outside 👊😎
Why in the world would someone choose to spend thousands on rent when they could own this …. I would add a B&D portable washer & run with it… perfect 👍🏽
I think I don’t like picture windows on a tiny house- it makes them look like food trucks 🤷🏼♀️. I love, love, love the wood countertop. I love the oxidized metal in the shower. Can you include a deck that folds up over the front door for traveling? Do these houses come with a ladder to access the loft?
This one has a mini fridge and a mini-split; they showed it. It doesn't have a stove but with 8' of countertop, there's room to put a convection oven or burners or both.
