My body has never been the same snice. The second time was in 2022 when I contracted Covid19 which caused severe and chronic inflammation in my sinuses, which affect my ears. The body is just like a car. The thing is, when we buy a car, generally speaking we maintain and take good care of it. We ensure there is adequate steering fluid and water, we change the tyres before they go bald, and we service our cars regularly. Yet we eat crap all day long, drink beer, smoke/vape, we don't bother excericing or stretching, and we wonder why we're falling apart.

I am looking much better than ever before, and move more efficiently with more energy and a clearer head. But I have aches and pains all the time now. My muscles have been aching for days. I'm only 32. I still think this work is far healthier than being an office drone. But the system is what is killing us. None of us should have to work as much as we do. Emphasis should be on building community, connecting with those around us and the natural world, not slaving for money all the time. Perhaps then everyone would be much healtheir and happier. This society is a cruel joke.

    I’m currently doing a fast, aiming for a 7-day dry fast-no food or water. It’s a challenging process but absolutely possible and beneficial for healing. In our culture, we’re conditioned to believe we need to eat three meals a day, so most people never give their bodies the chance to fully heal. There’s a great book on the topic, The Phoenix Protocol by August Dunning, which explains the science and potential benefits in detail. He even has some videos on RUclips if you’re interested.
    Beyond the physical benefits, fasting is also a powerful spiritual practice. It’s a way to purify and strengthen ourselves spiritually, helping to clear out any negative forces or entities we might not even be aware of in the spiritual realm.
    Of course check with a doctor before doing something this extreme

    Oh god the body's upkeep is awful. I don't even like eating. It's annoying. It's need for constant excercise is annoying too. Fasting is great, much less time spent digesting, which is gross and physically taxing. My health improved so much since I pretty much decided to hate food. Except milkshakes. Food is the enemy and this nutrition advice is nonsense too. You just need a few nibbles of whatever, here and there. I take a multivitamin just for insurance. People always tried to convince me that I needed all this protein in my life. But then I realized a horse with all that muscle I mean the thing is made of pure rock solid muscle and all it eats is grass. I think it gets zero protein yet maintains that muscle mass something don't add up. But, take whatever I say with a grain of salt because I'm living in a fantasy world of my own invention anyways. It's how I keep moving forward.

      The more common explanation people give is that we are all just consciousness and our expectations project themselves into our experience. Whatever is the case, I believe it's true. I managed to get my mind to a place where it's mostly quiet, so I just think about what I want all day. The stuff I tell myself is seeming more and more true and I've gotten some mild confirmations of it externally, so it does seem accurate. Years ago I managed to temporarily shift my perceptions 180 degrees and the experiences I got were very different.

    • @tuttodissing

      @SeethingSimp same of me. Alot stuff is new age crap but there is something true about.
      Is not just a joke is just hopefully concerned to find the key that works for you but yet is the same is a mind condition
      Many they think is tricky.
      Well it depends.
      You need a real cluefull balance to start how this works;
      World doens't help at all tho-
      Is better to stay quiet in a room and never go out, something will start there and I mean something very big
      Othwr things seem we cannot control;
      I had superhuman experiences when I cutted this pain off from me I talk literally and phisically.
      I cutted it off and I felt an insane power and energy like I switched into something else, body is still there but your 'energy'(because who know what that is? Chi force? Prana? Who knows) is something else completely and I mean I cannot even describe that even Marvel movies look ants to me...
      But it happened for few seconds But I was there and I just need to interlock again that state- maybe is nirvana?
      You feel so empowered like you can move cars for real, crazy.
      I was there so I know that we can go in it.
      I think as I said it starts within the ownership of free will and consent especially for subtle lies like dogmas of every kind
      One day I saw this Russian talking video and scientist said:
      We got 1.3 V in one cell seem little but if you multiply for billions of cells in a body we got 700 trillion of power.
      That is insane.
      If you just see this everything receive a turn now.
      And this is rational everyone can grasp that.
      We are more than a nuclear station.
      Insane.
      So... as I said don't give it for free...
