Hey guys, with suspension training you can do alot of movements e.g. chest dips, archer push-ups, inverted rows and many many more. The Max Pro has a 10 foot cable and you can adjust it to any length you like. Hope this helps

Typical swing doors can bear human body weight when the entire door panel is supported by thresholds around the door frame. But your door is solely bearing your weight only with the deadlock and hinges which may not be strong enough.
Yes I was thinking that too. But I'm going to mount the Max Pro in a different location (maybe outside) because I'm 6 feet tall. The Max Pro acts like full on gymnastic rings and can hold your entire bodyweight. You can even do an Iron Cross on these cables lol

Why dont you use a $5 belt instead?
