I think this is the perfect stitch for a dishrag or Swiffer cover. The back ridge looks great for the scrubbing texture needed without a fussy stitch that takes a lot of time to do. I'm also thinking it would be nice for a roll-up makeup brush or crochet hook holder...the ridges creating a pocket effect when folded over.

I'm in the middle of making a toy dinosaur for my son, cushion covers for my sofa, a huge blanket to fit on my king size bed and matching cushions, oh and a poncho for me made out of rainbow yarn. 😊 😂

You are yarning under when doing your crab stitch, not over, right??
You're grabbing the yarn with the hook and yarning over as normal; it's just a little more awkward because you're working in the opposite direction 🙂
