For t-shirts On Etsy Listings, under returns and exchanges, what should be put there?
Something was published but it went to the Etsy store in Drafts. Not everythigng is filled out so it is not published on Etsy yet. Not all the mockups that was choosen showed up on Etsy either. Could you please make a video on what to do on Etsy in these types of situations, please? thanks

Hello, I offer my customers the option to upload, edit, and print their own designs on posters, aluminum, wood prints, etc. Now, I'm wondering if Gelato (perhaps with Gelato+) provides the option to add stickers, like a heart or other symbols, in the personalization studio. Do you have any information on that?
Also, since I have 'design-your-own' products for complete personalization, I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the 'Add to Cart' button, especially before someone purchases an unprinted design because they may not realize it. 😂 nice vid and greetings from Germany
Yes, you would be able to do this with Gelato’s new personalization studio. As for the add to cart button, I don’t think you can remove it natively, but possibly with some custom code.
How do I make sure I'm not using trademarked or copyrighted fonts, words, etc??? I'm looking to start a POD shop soon and want to make sure I'm not causing myself headaches in the future
I wouldn’t be concerned with this, especially in the beginning, but you can check ustpo if you’d like to check slogans and things
