    Honestly, I have an enormous amount of respect and appreciation for your people skills and knowledge. You are someone I would love to work with considering you give all information out so there’s no bs. I’ve just applied for my real estate licensing program in Ontario and I couldn’t be more excited to start my journey. Thank you for the helpful video!

    This was great on so many different levels. I love the way you prepared them for what could go wrong. I have been lucky not to do a listing presentation. I prefer to do it now. I will definitely watch this over again to master.

    Thanks for posting your listing presentation, it was probably the best I've seen. Just watched a listing presentation from a well known RUclipsr and she just came off as really scripted and unnatural. Could you post a video on what you do after getting the listing?

    on my net sheet i always include possible closing cost scenario for FHA, Conv, and VA. I would've discussed that because they're under the impression that they are going to net 48k when you didn't include another 3% min for closing assistance.

    Paul to you have a seller pre qual sheet for the owners to fill out while you preview? Also on your docs online do you have a listing presentation. Another question is the net sheet how many do you work up for clients.

    Just agree with a timeline for price drop if you are not getting any good offers anywhere near $400,000. You already showed them what they would sell it for and they will be aware of it. Part of a listing agents due diligence is to get the “most money in your pocket”.

    Kudos for showing your presentation. If this works for you then great. My thoughts, 1) too long 2) over explaining is not selling 3) prelisting packet is vital 4) im glad i don't do this presentation and im glad i have more to offer than online marketing

    Ok so is this scripted? Sounds like it. Also 8 wonder how many of those around the neighborhood calls he's actually going to make? Hello I'm with KW, who? KW you know the RE company? So, so what,.how did you get my number? How would you like it if I called you up at home? Click. Direct marketing brother means people have expressed an interest that way they don't get pissed when you call. Also get rid of the Walmart off the rack suit. You look like a cheesey used car salesman. What's right with this? Will never know lost interest 1/3 of the way through. If you've given a 1000 of these presentations why are you sticking to a script? Nothing wrong with a script but the exceptional use one but do not sound like it. Check out BC"S videos and you know to what I refer. Sorry thumbs down.
