    I love the door knocking technique and also the cold calling. Do the unpleasant things no one else wants to do to become a real estate boss. Keep the videos coming Kevin, theyyyyyy're GREAT!

    I am a huge advocate of door knocking. I have received several listings by cold calling. Most people are nice and I think it helps that I am a woman. Saturday mornings are the best. The only downfall is that it isn't usually an immediate listing meaning that they may be 6 months to a year out but if you stay in touch, they will use you because they have gotten to know you. Plus it is great exercise!

I have HUGE shoes to fill as my mother wrote the original CDO when she was with Hunton & Williams back in the 80s. Now she sells real Estate in Houston TX and is who turned me onto you.     I really appreciate you explaining the four pipeline to getting listings. After listening and watching the video - I see that it is best to focus on finding the seller instead of the buyer.

    Good point agents do very little work now for me .I only get a MSL,getting inside to view , I find all the houses to look at .The future of agents is changing the net will do the heavy lifting agents will do less,maybe a open house ,you can hire a part timer to hand out flyers the price etc.. .So in the end the end folks will save money ,you will need inspections ,title insurance ,a good lawyer to scrub docs.

    Back in the day, I ran crews for Dish Network going D2D. We would typically get 50 doors / hour minimum. Like Kevin said, the key is staying on script.

    Love your videos. It is because of agents like you from Keller Williams that I actually changed agencies to Keller Williams a couple weeks ago. The best move I could have made. It seems that agents from KW are so more willing to help others, even those who are with other firms. I have learned so much in the past couple weeks and it is paying off already. Had my first listing this past week and already receiving a lot of showings and expect a contract this week.

    Hi Kevin. Great video! When you were a brand new agent, did you not take on any buyers when those opportunities arose? Was it difficult to pass up on that potential income? And do you think new agents need to "pay their dues" as a buyer's agent, to learn the business and because sellers don't want to work with newbies?
